“Wonderful anniversery trip”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

My husband and I recently visited for our anniversary and stayed at Sedona Views. What a wonderful place to stay and relax. The owners are just lovely and so helpful, not to mention wonderful cooks. Our room had a fireplace and jacuzzi tub on the porch overlooking Sedona. I would recommend this place to anyone staying there!

Beautiful views, gourmet breakfasts, intimate and luxurious rooms (with a fireplace no less) and the most warm and welcoming host truly made our first visit to Sedona Views, one to remember. My husband and I had both been under the weather before we arrived but felt relaxed and renewed upon our departure. It would be hard not to feel better after being completely pampered.....the soak in the hot tub under the stars also didn't hurt at all!
Sam, our gracious host, allowed us to truly make the most of our time in Sedona. He was so helpful in every respect - dinner recommendations, shopping, exploring and hiking, and aside from that, he is just kind and knowledgeable person who made us feel like old friends.
I just cannot say enough wonderful things about lovely Sedona Views for it exceeded all our expectations. We look forward to return visits to our Sweet Dreams room and Sedona very soon!

This was our second visit to Sedona Views and our second stay in the Sedona Seranade room. We were welcomed like old friends which is so lovely.
We stayed two nights and the first night we were the only ones on the property. Irith very kindly showed us the whole property so that we would have a reference point of we wanted to stay on a different room. We still feel like the Sedona Seranade is the most private, quietest room with the best views.
There is road noise, but that stops in the evening, and it is hard to hear over the hot tub! The rooms and gathering areas are absolutely spotless and thoughtfully decorated. My hubby and I always bring our own coffee pot wherever we go since we don't like hotel coffee, or in this case, having to go to another part of the building at 6am for that first cup!
We were given the opportunity to push our breakfast back till 9am since we were the only ones there and we truly appreciated that! We have never visited in spring or summer so I am sure that the landscaping and pond look very different then.
I would love the hot tub to get hotter than 104°f and I would love to see hooks right by the hot tub for towels. I would also love to see the TV on a wall bracket so it could be angled to watch in bed!
Our breakfasts were delicious and we are counting down the days till we can return next year.

Room Tip: The Sedona Serenade room is worth the extra dollars for the view and privacy.

A very special place to stay. Beautiful location with stunning views. Well thought out accommodation with everything thought of from the dressing gown to binoculars in the room to look out at rocks and stars. Spotlessly clean and comfortable (the bed felt like a big warm hug) and our hosts were welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area. We loved sitting on our deck watching the humming birds come down for a drink, the sunset over Cathedral rock and stargazing from the hot tub. I would definately recommend Sedona Views and would return in a heartbeat.

Loved our time at Sedona Views....The setting is lovely. It has the perfect name because the views are lovely from the breakfast area and from the rooms....The breakfasts were wonderful. I am not a breakfast person, but could not resist the wonderful food and beautiful presentations. Candyce was our host and she was lovely. She took the time to inform us of what to do and what not to do and it was very helpful. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the uptown... We will return and have recommended to our friends and family.

We love Sedona and we love Sam and Irith and their wonderful B & B 's. I think I have lost track, but I believe this is our 6th stay with Sam and Irith and our 3rd stay at Sedona Views. We love the Morning Glory room which has ample windows and sits right against the mountain. The breakfasts are to die for and the hospitality can't be found elsewhere. We hope to one day retire to Sedona and until then Sedona Views will be our home away from home when visiting Sedona.

We spent four full days in Sedona and the hosts, Sam, Irith, and Candyce gave us the knowledge to enjoy every minute of it. Each morning we enjoyed wathching the sun creep down the face of Cathedral Rocks from the deck of the Sunrise -Sunset Room( see photo) Large room with wonderful bed-fireplace in the room. This property is special because it was built in 1995 to be a B&B. Breakfasts are personal receipes of the owners and are gourmet quality, but if you need something simpler, consideration for special diet, or a breakfast to go for an early departure, they accommodate. Breakfasts are served at the communal table at 8:30 so all guests share their experiences from the prior days and supplement the owners suggestions.

Sam gave us a special introduction to Navaho guide that provided an outstanding cultural experience at the Hopi Mesas. A visit we will never forget.

Sam and Irith have been in Sedona for 14 years and they have their outstanding network of local contacts and businesses. Just sit down with them on your first day and you will enjoy every minute of Sedona without being sucked into the tourist whirlwind that dominates the heart of old Sedona at the junction of 89A and Rt. 179.

The private exterior hot tubs for each room were not exactly in season for this visit. Grounds are nicely landscaped (see photo) and there is a well stocked library in the lobby. This property has the comfort and ambience of some of those big resorts down the road but with greater value and a personal level of care that only a quality B&B can provide, We are planning to return.

Room Tip: Sunrise-Sunset and Moonbeam have great views of the Oak Creek valley looking south toward Sedona.
