From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care accompanied by extraordinary customer service. We were blown away by Chad, the young man who greeted us and showed us to our room. When we arrived we had many questions including the best local activities, shops, and where to find the best dessert. He kindly accommodated all of our needs guiding us to the best spots in town and pinpointing the best dessert-L'auberge espresso creme brûlée. WOW. The creekside villa was magnificent. We loved the bedside fire, giving the room a warm, welcoming ambiance. Before heading out the next morning, we enjoyed the breakfast brunch. It was terrific. This trip definitely kicked off the Christmas spirt right coupled by gorgeous decorations, warm fires, and hot cocoa.

In short, our overall experience was, lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at L'Auberge! It is more expensive than most places we stay, but worth it!! The resort is located centrally with shops and restaurants nearby. The service was excellent beginning with Chase who greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our beautiful room. All the valets did an awesome job taking care of us and our car! The smiles and service from employees everywhere at L'Auberge made us feel welcome and taken care of during our stay.

When you stay here, be sure to make time to go to the star gazing even on the roof! Beautiful views of the Sedona skies!

I'd strongly urge anyone visiting Sedona to try the restaurant as well. It was amazing!

The views from our room (#82 - Vista Cottage), balcony and even bathtub were breathtaking! The room was large, clean and comfortable. Our bathroom was beautiful and spa like. The staff did a great job keeping our room clean and stocked with coffee, towels and whatever else we might need from day to day. We walked down by the creek and watched the ducks one morning. The grounds are beautiful and Oak Creek is great, even in December when it's cold! Everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and helpful. This was a fantastic trip and L'Auberge made it even more special!

Room Tip: Vista Cottage Room #82 had beautiful views and was large, clean and very well appointed. There were...

The Auberge is a little pricier than I like to spend for a random weekend getaway from Phoenix and the local chain hotels where I normally stay are perfectly nice, but after my recent visit, I'll try to stay at the Auberge every time I'm in Sedona. It's actually a pretty great value. The location is fantastic, right off the main road, but also far enough down near Oak Creek that it feels completely secluded. It was COLD last weekend, but my room in the lodge was cozy and there were fires going everywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the cabins look very cute from the outside. Breakfast was delicious, though when I chose steel-cut oats I did think I was getting a healthy option. Turns out it's loaded with cream... delicious, but not exactly light. It was too cold to eat outdoors, but the outdoor seating looks like it would be gorgeous in better weather. Service was uniformly excellent -- friendly and professional. Bonus: lots of ducks.

My fiance and I came to the property to see if it would fit for our upcoming wedding( which it does by far!). The staff was so hospitable and friendly. They made our stay so enjoyable and special, where we didn't want to leave the next day. While staying at the property, we encounted the beginning of a snow storm. Chad, went above and beyond for us without a blink of an eye, and his action just sealed the deal. This place is by far a place we will stay for many more years to come. It makes you feel like home.

My friend from Minneapolis was in town (Phoenix) and we wanted to head up to Sedona for a girls trip... we found this hotel online and am SO HAPPY we did! It was an amazing experience all around. From the cabin we stayed in on the creek, to breakfast by the water with ducks floating by, to the customer service form Natalia, Ryan, and Angelica (who took fabulous care of us), to the Vista Suite we stayed in the second night. All in all - the experience was so fun that we can't wait until we get to go back! PS. the food was amazing! I might even drive up for a day trip just to dine there! Definitely stay here even if you are on the fence... you will be so glad you did!

Room Tip: Cabin 6 is the best cabin by the creek for privacy, view, and creek location (with waterfall sounds...

This is a great older, but well maintained, property in a killer location along the creek and below the road away from noise. A full complement of quality staff services from valet parking to concierge is available. A very pleasant rule is that there is no tipping allowed. If there was a staff one would like to tip, this would be it. The entire staff, with one exception being a young bartender who was inattentive and rude, was just great, helpful, and personable. An outstanding staff member for our visit was a young lad named Chase who assisted us several times and made himself available at any time. One can eat in the bar (short menu but good) or the on-site restaurant (very good). We are a very picky couple and we liked this property, its wonderful staff, and the attention to detail. From the time I first drove up into the resort drive-way, I felt welcome and greeted immediately by their staff. It was such a surprise being called by name as if I was part of their family as my car door was open and greet with genuine smiles. The staff was so accommodating and provided excellent service. My suite accommodations and view from the resort hillside of the Red Rocks was incredible beautiful with the sunset and delicious breakfast on the terrace while the fireplace was blazing with an elegant fire. The jacuzzi like bath jets and whirlpool was so stimulating and the outside shower was refreshing. If you need a getaway and truly a peace of mind in the presence of the Lord, L'Auberge de Sedona is the place to be!!! I like to first Thank, Denise in reservations who made my trip extra special and others such as John, Concerige, Guest Relations, Spa team and Cody. In other words I like to give thanks and Blessings to the L'Auberge de Sedona Resort Family. Sincerely Dr Robin
