It's been over a week since we got back from Boots and Saddles, and I've been telling practically everyone what a special vacation my wife and I had in Sedona. What makes this B & B so special is the ease with which you settle in, thanks to Sam and Irith's graciousness. They also really listen to their guests and help them get the most potential pleasure out of--usually--and all too short vacation. Great conversationalists, Sam and Irith give you the sense you've been to Boots and Saddle many times before. A fascinating "vortex" tour that they set up through a Sedona acquaintance gave us a wonderful combination of seeing the sights through the eyes of a very different perspective even as we hiked our way up to the top of Schnebly hill (named for Sedona's founder). We ended our trip with a neat buying spree at the Kachina House next door (another recommendation from our hosts, earning us a 20% discount), and a prized red-clay Navajo "bear" sits atop our mantle reminding us of just how special a vacation could be. Sam and Irith were no small part of that.

My wife and I recently visited Boots and Saddles on our 10th Anniversary and could not have picked a better place. Everything was perfect from the gourmet breakfasts that Sam cooked everyday to the helpful hints and guides on what to and not to do, all the way to our room being immaculate upon our return each and every day.

Sam and Irith go above and beyond the call of duty and are perfectly open and honest about their experiences with all the local attractions. The love they shared for what they do and for each other is very apparent and spills over to their guests.

Everything about Boots and Saddles is top notch and you'd be crazy to stay anywhere else. I would recommend staying here to everyone!

Sam even went out of his way to help me get my wife roses upon our return from our daily expedition. They were diplayed beautifully upon our return from the day. They go out of their way to provide the absolute best experience you can have!

My husband and I stayed at the Boots and Saddles for his birthday. What a wonderful choice! The rooms were spectacular, the area spectacular - but most of all, the owners, Sam and Irith, made our trip THAT much more memorable. The breakfasts were so creative and delicious... you have to GO and see why it's such a special place and run by such special people! Four days was just right, and we even fit in a day trip to the Grand Canyon. If you are planning a trip to the area, there is NO place better than the Boots and Saddles B&B.

Irith and Sam are the ultimate hosts. They are a team that makes you feel welcome. From the moment they greet you, and the room we stayed in, we felt very much we were at home. With our busy schedule, making the most of our three-day stay, we looked forward to getting back to the comfort of our room. Our day would start with the most creative breakfast that Sam would prepare, and Irith would serve. Their suggestions of places to see, and places to eat were remarkably helpful.
We will recommend Boots and Saddles to anyone we know who may be visiting Sedona.
Cheers to both of you!
Mike and Monika

We spent 14 nights with Sam and Irith. Their constance smiles, wonderful breakfasts and help with planning trips and recommendations for restaurants were second to none.

Their personal attention made what may have been an enjoyable holiday into an unforgettable holiday.

We would highly recommend Boot and Saddles.
