A bit pricier than your run-of-mill tourist trap, Boots and Saddles was more than worth every cent we spent on our honeymoon accommodations. Sam and Irith take great pride in their B&B, and it shows. From the rooms (Irith, an interior designer by trade, has done an excellent job) to the excellent homemade breakfasts made by the owners every morning (Sam is an artist in the kitchen) to the attention paid to guests' visit to the attractions and venues in and around Sedona (They know all the good restaurants, hikes, and shortcuts) this is the place to relax and enjoy your stay in Red Rock Country!

Stayed here for our wedding May 25-29 and we have nothing but good things to say about Sam Irith and Joann. Great hosts! The room was enormous, the bed was OMG pass out comfortable, the dual shower was giant and the hot tub on the patio was a perfect size for the two of us. The breakfasts were very good and filling (could probably eat a light lunch) They were very accommodating with food requests (i'm picky) and the coffee is hot by 7am. We stayed in the Ghost rider room and it was great. The only thing I guess I could say that was not 5 stars was the small storage space. We're from NY and used to space and unpacking. There were drawers and shelves and a wardrobe and was room don't get me wrong I'm just used to a closet but it didn't really make a big difference at all. Everything was 5 stars and they were always willing to sit down and offer suggestions on things to do and places to see. We had an itinerary already so we didn't really take them up on anything but it was always there if we needed. Would definitely recommend them over any hotel in the area! You basically have your own hotel and great gourmet breakfast in the AM. I was a little hesitant as I have not done a B&B before but it was a great experience and I can only hope they're all like this!

Room Tip: Hot tub on the patio in Ghost Rider and Sacred Feather.

After completing another school year as teachers, my wife and I took a week for a getaway vacation to Sedona. Other family members had been "through" Sedona on a long road trip. We wanted to stay for the week and relax. Sedona wass the place... Boots and Saddles B&B provided the space... We stayed in the Sacred Feather room. Beautiful décor, plenty of space, the widow view of Thunder Mountain FROM THE SHOWER was amazing. The hot tub for two provided the same view as the sunset. The starry night was also a view to remember from the hot tub. The only thing that got us out of the comfortable bed in the morning was the delightful and delicious breakfast. Sam, Irith, and Joann were amazing hosts to us and the other guests. I had ideas for excursions from research on the internet. They helped with arrangements with those and made recommendations that topped anything that we had planned.

The website of B&B is great... but it does not do justice to the true beauty of the site, the rooms and the hospitality.

Room Tip: Sacred Feather has the best view of Thunder Mountain.

Best B&B in the valley hands down. We stayed in the City Slickers room which is larger than most apartments. Excellent accommodations and service. Enjoy great company with instant friends for breakfast. This is our second stay and will not be our last. Mark & Rick - Mesa, AZ

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Boots and Saddles B&B. We looked forward everyday to the wonderful breakfast and getting some helpful ideas about how to experience Sedona and surrounding areas. We stayed in the Ghost Rider and it was wonderful! Everything about our stay there was exceptional. Joanne was great. She made us feel so welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed!! If it hadn't been for her we might not have been able to see Antelope Canyon. The only suggestion I would have is for breakfast to be served a little earlier so we could have gotten away earlier to do our sightseeing everyday.

Room Tip: Definitely the Ghost Rider. The shower was amazing! There was however no place to unpack our clothes...

We spent 4 nights at Boots & Saddles. We stayed in the Sacred Feather room, which was spacious, very well-kept and comfortable. We had planned some activities before getting to Sedona, but took Sam and Joanne's advice on hiking and restaurants instead, and were very glad that we did. Breakfast and the views were great!

We just spent a few wonderful days in Sedona at Boots & Saddles. Sam and Irith were the best hosts we could hope for and the breakfasts were to die for. Thanks again for all the wonderful recommendations and hospitality. Mike & Cyndie Ewert - Dallas, TX
