This is our 3rd visit to Boots and Saddles B&B in Sedona, Arizona, and we plan to stay there again on our next visit to our Denver family. Best part are the hosts Irith, Sam, and now also Candyce. They are so helpful regarding how to best enjoy their beautiful community, with tips about everything from restaurants to jeep rides. All the rooms we've stayed in have been not only comfortable, but artistic. Breakfasts also delight the eye as well as being delicious. And best of all, guests are treated as "family", with warmth and special attention.
R&L

Room Tip: We've stayed in a different room at each visit and all were excellent.

Had picked Boots and Saddles on a trip with the Grand Canyon, but unfortunately the park was not open and had to extend my stay at Boots and Saddles. First room was City Slickers LOVED the room so spacious and comfortable! The second room was Sacred Feather nice room hot tub nice but i think I liked City Slickers better because of the space it provided. Owners and staff all very nice and helpful. The only minor thing was we would liked to have more of a tradional breakfast eggs and meat, there was too much bread and bread dishes, most husbands prefer having meat and eggs while us women like the sweet stuff. All in all we had a great time and would return!

Room Tip: If you want space go for the City Slickers, two tv's.

Fantastic find. The room had everything you could want: a hot tub, a gas fireplace, free wifi, a mini fridge, a fab rain shower, a balcony with a telescope and a view. The innkeepers served a delicious breakfast and we're incredibly knowledgeable about everything the area has to offer. Their secret off the beaten path, back road to the Grand Canyon made for one of the best days of our lives. Highly recommend.

My wife Anne and I were looking for a quaint way of spending our first anniversary and also her birthday in the Sedona area. Searching the web we found Boots & Saddles. We were hooked at first sight and now after staying there for three days we are forever hooked. We were told by Sam and Irith that we were family and we could feel the warmth in the way we were treated. The ambiance of the room (Gentleman Cowboy) and the grounds were outstanding. Very comfortable and relaxing. Candyce greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel warm and welcomed. This is definitely a go to place.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Gentleman Cowboy Upstairs but secluded, quiet and cozy

Ok, this is the first "review" I have ever written but Boots & Saddles is a five star stay at a reasonable rate. Absolutely, a great experience; a super B&B. Irith and Sam welcomed us as family; the breakfasts were outstanding! It was friendly, clean, comfortable, spacious and had all the comforts of our own home.

If you want a convenient clean friendly and comfortable place to stay in Sedona, book Boots & Saddles. We wi;; be staying there next time we go to Sedona.

Room Tip: I think we stayed in "City Slickers" and I cannot think of any reason I would not request...

We stayed in the Gentleman's Cowboy room when we visited in mid-September. The room was fabulous - from the tub, the fireplace, the view out the window, we just loved it! We loved to come back to our room at the end of the day because it was so beautiful and relaxing! Candyce was a wonderful hostess - helping us plan our day and giving us maps (even had a specialty map for us to use when leaving and heading on the next part of trip to the Grand Canyon). She gave us great tips on where to eat and where shop for the best prices. We looked forward to breakfast every morning and she even spoiled my husband by making him extra breakfast meat every morning since she knew he was a "meat and potato guy"! If we ever go back to Sedona, we will be staying again!!

Boots & Saddles B & B was a wonderful place to stay. We loved our stay here. We stayed in the Ghost Rider Room with a king size bed. Loved the western theme with lots of space and decorated so nicely. The huge walk in shower with many showerheads was a plus and so was the outside spa for two on the patio. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfasts and provided snacks. Sam, Irith and Candice provided us with lots of information about restaurants and places to go and were great hosts. Being our second time in Sedona at their B & B, "Boots & Saddles" and the "Sedona Views" you can't go wrong. I'm sure we will be back again soon. You'll love the views and the hospitality. If you are looking for a Sedona B & B Get-a-Way, plan to stay at one of their Bed & Breakfasts, "Boots & Saddles" or "Sedona Views"!
