Can't say enough about the hospitality and charm of this wonderful B&B.
Our room was charming and very comfortable.
The breakfasts were divine and our hosts were happy to share their recipes.
Irith and Sam offered their expertise on touring the area and experiencing Sedona in a way only locals would know.
Looking forward toour return visit.

We have been visiting Sedona for 35 years when there was just one Main Street. We have stayed at numerous properties but this has quickly become a favorite. The owners, Sam and Irith clearly love what they do and transfer their enthusiasm to their guests. They listened to what we wanted to do, what we wanted to see and what we liked to eat and made wonderful suggestions. We stayed in the sacred feather room and were very impressed with the decorations and enjoyed the design of the room and attention to detail. The breakfasts are yummy and they made special food for my spouse who had dietary restrictions. The B&B is located off the road and you do not hear road noise.

Boots and Saddles is a great place to stay in Sedona. Irith was a first class host (Sam was out of town, so we did not get to meet him). She provided us so much useful information not only while in Sedona, but also for our trip north to the Grand Canyon. All the reviews you will read about Boots and Saddles are absolutely true. Fantastic hosts, great food, really well decorated rooms and the private spa was very relaxing at the end of a busy site seeing day.

We were very impressed when we first visited Sedona and stayed at Boots and Saddles two years ago. We returned this month and took some friends. Sam and Irith were just as delightful and accommodating this time as they were on our first visit. Great recommendations on restaurants, tours, hikes and shopping.
Each room is different and has the feel of the Southwest. All are very comfortable and clean. Nice bathrobes too!
We'll be back!

Great place to stay in Sedona! Sam and Irith are terrific hosts and the breakfasts are wonderful. The location is away from the crowds of main street Sedona but close enough to easily walk to other restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

My husband and I found Boots & Saddles the perfect place to stay and enjoy Sedona. Sam and Irith were fantastic hosts. They prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning, made sure there were homemade cookies and other snacks in the afternoon. But, best of all they listened to our interests and guided us to restaurants, parks, hiking trails and shops that helped us explore and enjoy all of Sedona.
The Bed and Breakfast is located in a quite location with easy access to everything. We stayed in the City Slickers room which was a large two room suite, beautifully decorated with many artistic accents, two TVs, a large bathroom and a quiet front entrance to enjoy our morning coffee. When we return to Sedona we will look forward to another stay at Boots & Saddles. Check out their website the pictures are exactly what it looks like.

This bed and breakfast is above and beyond all other B and B I have ever visited. The most important aspect is the warmth and familial embrace that the innkeepers, Sam and Irith, give to all visiting guests. They will spend hours with you suggesting activities, restaurants, hikes, shopping choices and itineraries. Second, the breakfasts are really gorgeous meals, prepared on the spot each day and varied. Third, the rooms are large, very well appointed, spot clean, each with its theme. In our 4 nights stay we did not notice any noise from nearby rooms and all of our extras (fireplace, fridge and jacuzzi) worked well.
I would strongly recomment Boots and Saddles to anyone interested in visitng Sedona.
