“Breathtaking!”
Reviewed May 1, 2012

My husband and I travelled through Sedona last year but did not have time to stay. This year we planned a two night stay in Sedona at the Boots and Saddles B & B. We were pleasantly surprises. We wish we had stayed longer. Our room was perfect. We had a room with a hot tub on our balcony which we really enjoyed. The breakfasts where to die for. Sam spent time with us the first morning giving us ideas as to what to see and do. What a wonderful couple Sam and Irith, both so warm and welcoming. There is so much to see and do in Sedona a must to visit.

Not having been to Sedona we hit town with no clue,,, by next am after the orientation from our host Sam we were on our way!,,No problems, great sites and restaurants thanks to him & his equally competent spouse Irith we had a blast!! 5 stars for the rooms, service and I'll let the other reviews of the breakfasts speak for themselves,,,we have traveled all over and this was at the top shelf for B&Bs we have experienced. We went over to their sister facility in Sedona,,,Sedona Views and it was just as beautiful if not more,,,,and alas, named the top B&B by TA for 2010 in US,,, quite an honor for Sam and Irith!!! You'll enjoy!

My husband and I just returned from our trip to Boots and Saddles. Let me start by saying that this is by far the most romantic place we have ever stayed. We had the Ghost Rider room for three nights. No detail for comfort or romance was overlooked from the walk in shower, the two person hot tub, the private balcony or the really comfy bed.

Each morning's breakfast was better than the last, and the conversation and comraderie around the breakfast table was wonderful. On our first day, our host, Sam gave us a wonderful overview of Sedona and all the great places to hike, shop and eat. On our last day, our hostess, Irith stayed and visiited with all of us during breakfast and told us lots of great stories.

It is definitely worth every penny!!

My husband and I will definitely be back!

Room Tip: All the rooms are great, but definitely go for Sacred Feather or Ghost Rider.

We stayed in Sacred Feather this visit---it's our favorite--but we've stayed in most rooms and each has its own charm. This is the first time we've seen snow in Sedona and it was amazing! Waking up to the view of Thunder Mountain in the clouds with about 5-6 inches of snow was breath taking. Sam and Irith and they're delightful staff took everything in stride even though they'd never dealt with more than a dusting of snow in they're 9 years in Sedona. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed conversation with guests in the family style dining area. When the snow stopped (for awhile) and we were ready to venture out, we wondered about cleaning off the car--but like everything else at the wonderful B&B, it was a needless concern. They had removed the snow from everyone's car! The next night Sedona received a second dose of 6" of snow but the sun came out and the views were spectacular to say the very least.

Room Tip: There isn't a swimming pool, but each room has a hot tub either in the room or on your own priva...

We have visited Sedona twice and stayed at Boots and Saddles. We would not stay anywhere else, we LOVE this place. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Irith and Sam are the best hosts we have ever encountered at a B&B. Sam's breakfasts are to die for, and they both offer lots of suggestions of things to do. Sam is a lot of fun and Irith is so nice, I look forward to seeing them again the next time we visit there.

Room Tip: We were very happy with our room, but they have added a new building with larger rooms so I would pr...
