“Casual Fine Dining at Credit Crunch Prices”

Great dinner here in a smart, but still casual restaurant right in the centre of Sedona. Interesting menu with a good variety of different meals and some very intriguing seafood. I had the grouper as a main and my wife the Alaskan salmon. The ahi tuna grill also looked spectacular. Food was cooked to perfection and a taste delight and was backed up by friendly, attentive, but not pushy service. We were able to have a European-length meal which was nice, rather than the more traditional food "pit-stop" approach. There's a good wine list with a decent range of wines by the glass and the cocktails are creative and interesting. Ken's also offers live music and we saw a young guy called Nathan doing originals and covers in a Jack Johnson meets Jamiroquai style. He also happened to be our hike guide from Sedona Private Guides! Great hikes and great singing too. Highly recommended on all counts.

“Great food, great service, great atmosphere.”

Ate at Ken's our first night in Sedona September 18th. We were seated outside. Not much of a view at night but really peaceful. Loved the steak.

“Glad everyone was not sleeping in Sedona”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 3, 2009

We enjoyed a evening people watching at Ken's Creekside taking in the local musician's. The beer was cold and the staff were fantastic. Mercer one of the owner's was very accomodating and we enjoyed great conversation in his restaurant/bar. Although we did not eat here the menu looked fabulous.

Hard to find anything open in Sedona while the town goes to sleep but you want to still go out for a cold brew. This place is a for sure stop in.

“Food is good but but doesn't live up to the view”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 19, 2009

We visited Ken's Creekside on Sunday at ~2PM - a late lunch before our Jeep tour down the street. We sat at a table outside on the deck - spectacular view in a comfortable setting.
My husband is a huge breakfast food fan so he was happy to find they served breakfast until 3PM. He ordered a "Fluff & Fold Omelet" - the waiter returned after taking our order to say they were out of feta cheese - he offered plenty of replacement options. I ordered a salad and added grilled chicken (an additional $8!!!!). My husband enjoyed his omelet - it truly was fluffy. Quite honestly my salad tasted very similar to one I order regularly at The Cheesecake Factory - but this one cost twice as much. I guess we were paying for the amazing view.
I read online about the Peach Cobbler. We did not order it but we saw many being delivered to tables close by and hearing many "ohhhs and ahhhs".
We also were told by a few people in Sedona that Ken's Creekside stays open later than most places in Sedona and also has live music nightly.

Try a table on Oak Creek or indoors. Either way, you will have great food and great service.
