“Great hike”
Reviewed April 21, 2014 via mobile

I would recommend the journey to Devils Bridge--a natural arch--for both novice and experienced hikers. One of the easier trails in Sedona. If you do not drive an off road vehicle, the walk to the trail is quite long but not terrible. Need a red rock parking pass. The trail is well-marked and there are many great scenic views to admire along the way. Not a fan of heights? Standing on the bridge and/or being anywhere near the bridge at the end of the trail is nerve-wracking.

A bit of climbing hike to the bridge but definitely worth it. Truly amazing. Many of the hikes in Sedona were great but devils bridge was a highlight.

“Fun scramble to gorgeous view!”
Reviewed April 20, 2014 via mobile

Great sometimes challenging trail to natural arch. Watching people play on it...now no one fell off, but it wouldn't surprise me! View from lower part almost as gorgeous as from the top-check it out!

“Good hike with a dangerous edge”
Reviewed April 18, 2014

If you have a high-clearance 4x4 vehicle, you can park at the trailhead and save an extra 1-mile walk from the parking lot to the trailhead. The trail is pretty easy up until you start getting close to the end. It gets pretty steep but there are stair-like rocks in place to make it easier. Once you get to the Devil's Bridge, it's worth the hike. Just be cautious, it is dangerous; just because there are no fences or signs to warn you--you need to take care. This is a great photo op.

“Good for Kids”
Reviewed April 17, 2014

easy for kids, but it is a long walk to the trailhead if you park in the parking lot. I suggest parking at the trailhead if your vehicle is a four wheel drive.
