“swim in a creek”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 11, 2013

A lovely walk up the side of the creek, clear water and places to swim if you are hot, build a buddha on buddha beach, there are hundreds and plenty of space to create your own design.

“Right out of a western movie”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 10, 2013

I went horseback riding there and it was so wonderful. Rugged and like a dream of a western movie for sure. I loved it.

“Way tooooooooooo busy and overcrowded!! STAY AWAY”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 9, 2013

With the high traffic of cars and trash running through this beautiful canyon it is not worth the trip.People leave trash- including DIRTY diapers(so sad) right near the water to leave it polluted and unsafe to swim. Dog owners don't pick up after their dogs and stepping onto dog poop is easy to do with all the branches and brush. It's best to head up to the Grand Canyon where there is a fee to get in and see a beautiful place which is monitored and taken care of. The crowds in oak creek don't appreciate the importance of keeping our parks a place for future generations to enjoy!!!!!!

“A Must See”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 9, 2013

We stayed in this canyon and you have to see it while in Sedona. The red-rock formations are numerous along this winding, at times steep road. There are several places to stop and take pictures, so be sure to do this.

“Slow down & Enjoy”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

A beautiful drive with some camping opportunities. The campground at Cave Springs has some reserved and some first come first served sites right on Oak Creek and short but steep hike for great vistas.
