“good value”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 13, 2012

I ate here while waiting for my husband and guests tour to return and it was very nice. The surroundings were pretty, lots of shade for the outdoor area, and my wrap was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was good for a meal and people watching.

“Probably better than our experience...disappointed”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 9, 2012 via mobile

We had mediocre service when eating on outside patio our 1st day in Sedona. Waitress gave us impression of indifference. The Garden Guacamole & chips were good & just big enough for three. We were not able to get salsa w/ it- just tiny plastic condiment containers for $0.25-.50 each. My friend & I had their Garden (veggie) burger- this was the most disappointing thing as they were basically bean mush in patty shape- taste was ok, but texture like thick hummus...not really sure if that was normal or not but they make them there. The cole slaw w/ blue cheese was good & the iced tea was good but bottled. My hubby had the BLT&A (w/avacado) & he enjoyed it. Located in nice outdoor shopping area of Tlaquepaque, recommende by a local, so I'll assume it's normally better...

“Order the HALF order of French Toast”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 8, 2012 via mobile

Service was slow (as in she forgot about us). Kinda pricey. No real healthy options, didn't see oatmeal on the menu. So we decided to just be bad and order a breakfast burrito, the french toast (thank goodness we opted for the half order!) and a breakfast quiche. They have soy milk. We sat outside but immediately outside the front door, not much of a view. Would have preferred to have faced the garden area at least. It wasn't a favorite of ours compared to other places we ate at in Sedona. The French toast was good though.

“What a Great Breakfast”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 1, 2012

We ate breakfast at the Secret Garden Café twice while in Sedona and loved it very much. The food was excellent and plentiful, the service was with a smile and prompt, the setting is beautiful among the large and old Live Oaks. Very relaxing and no one is pushing you to get finished. The value was one of the best in Sedona.

“super breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 30, 2012

We (six of us on day one and seven on day two) went here for breakfast two successive days. We all had different menu items with individual preferences. The food was very good for all. The service was attentive and engaging. I had a three egg scramble with bacon, etc. It was very good. The next day I had over-easy eggs with bacon. Ditto.

An observation...on day one our wait person (female) did not inform us that the bottom line included a gratuity of (??) 18%. So, we inadvertently gave our customary 20% gratuity on top of the bottom line. (Shame on our check checker for not catching this.) On day two a different wait person (again a female) alerted us to the fact that the gratuity was included. Thank you.

A good place with good service and good food.
