i am an owner at this resort and have been for many years. each year it seemed as if the facilities were needing a face lift, the rooms had furniture that needed to be replaced and the grounds were not as beautifully landscaped as they had been when we first purchased. i can happily say that diamond took over and refurbished the rooms, redid the pool, landscaping is up to par and there has been overall improvement. the restaurant does a fine job with the current menu and the people who have stayed with the resort are few but offer great service. the front desk staff could use some customer service training particularly when greeting guests but overall no complaints.
