-The location is great, within easy driving of many locations. We spent our week there hiking (Camelback, Peralta Canyon, Piestewa Peak, Mormon Trail/Hidden Valley, Apache Trail/Fish Creek) and the Musical Instrument Museum
-Staff was friendly and responsive.
-Houskeeping did a great job of cleaning!
-Quick response to maintenance requests.
-Rooms were dated but clean.
-Pools were OK, but the main hot tub was rarely hot.
-Sound isolation between units. :(
-While it is a non smoking resort, there were a lot of people smoking on the patios. YUCK!!! Made it so we couldn't enjoy ours.
-Not a fan of the whole militant pool towel policy. (If you leave a towel at the pool or get one taken, you are faced with a $25/room charge per towel at the end of the stay.)
-Pullout bed had a broken rivet and dishwasher failed, but both were fixed with one quick call.
-Internet access is TERRRIBLE -- which should not be the case when paying for it!!! And cell coverage was poor (tried to use 4G cell internet while staying there/verizon - I'm sure this varies by building. We had one in the middle of the complex.)More
- Free Wifi
