We previously visited The Phoenician about a year ago and fell in love with entire resort. It has everything we look for in a resort. The pool areas are plentiful and as intimate or open as you like. The layout of the resort is welcoming and easy to get around. We tried most of the F&B outlets but truly enjoyed one called Relish. It had great burgers and assortment of other comfort foods.

The only down side in service we experienced was during breakfast in their main restaurant. On two occasions we got the impression the servers were going through the motions. Orders were mixed up and there wasn't a sense of true hospitality. Beyond this, I can;t say enough good things about the employees we encountered.

It is truly a slice of heaven and we will be back.

Thank you for reviewing your recent stay at The Phoenician. We are very proud of our food & beverage venues and it's great to hear you enjoyed Relish Burger Bistro. It has become a favorite with our locals as well! We are disappointed to hear about your breakfast experience and will share your comments with our management team. We look forward to having you visit again in the near future.

We were here for a conference April 23-27. I found the room comfortable and clean with fantastic sun exposure! I had no need to leave my room to sun myself; we were in room 6158. Relish, one of the restaurants on site had the best chicken caprese salad (caprese burger ordered bun-less) I have ever eaten! The pro shop at the golf course had many unique items and was well priced, as it goes.

As far as looking after us as a conference of around 300 or so, the staff was attentive and the banquet facilities were lovely.

Sam at the pool bar was fantastic.

I hope to return to The Phoenician soon to enjoy without the obligation of a conference and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress free vacay!

Room Tip: 6158 is on the top floor with East/West exposure allowing maximum sun all day long.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay – and your food! Knife and fork style is just one of the many signature dining options available at Relish Burger Bistro. We hope you were able to sample some of the other delicious items on the menu, like our famous tater tots and adult shakes!

Providing our guests with AAA Five Diamond service is a something we take very seriously, so thank you for acknowledging the efforts of our ambassadors. We will be sure to pass along your kind words to Sam. We hope to welcome you back soon!

WOW! This property has all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star resort. What was the most impressive (and it was all top quality) was the staff service. Every staff member made us feel welcome - greetings and smiles all the way 'round. Ate at Il Terrazzo when we arrived and would recommend in terms of menu choices, quality of food and service. While on the property it is worth doing a tour of the Cactus Garden (you can walk through on your own and there is also a guided tour). It is as fine as any public botanical garden! A wander to look at the art collection is also worth the while. Some exquisite Native American pieces.

Just spent 4 days at the Phoenician Resort. Wonderful accommodations with excellent service. A short walk and you're ready to hike up Camelback Mountain. With 9 pools to choose from and an great fitness center. I plan on returning.

I'm here for a conference, known for holding meetings at luxury resorts. They put me in a mountain view King that does have a balcony overlooking the mountain and partial view of the golf course and distant mountains. But just below the balcony is the loading dock with diesel engines running and clanking metal from unloading trucks. Some gold status Starwood Gold priority...
