“Excellent customer service!”

Really nice hotel. Though it seemed to be less modern than I had anticipated. It was an enjoyable stay though. The staff were excellent! They were polite and did not hesitate to help when you had a question. There are about 2 or 3 pools too!
Since it's so big and only consists of 2 floors (almost all buildings in AZ are like this), there was a lot of walking to get to the lobby or the restaurant.

Wonderful setting for a winter business meeting, with a good dose of leisure with my wife. Grounds are beautiful as is the pool complex. EXcellent lounge and restaurants. Service very friendly.

Just returned from a 7 day, 6 night stay at the Fairmont Princess. Our last visit was about 4 years ago, and the resort has undergone some great upgrades. We booked our trip through Southwest Vacations, which I probably wouldn't do again, but we couldn't beat the price. We stayed in a Fairmont Deluxe room (free upgrade with the package). The rooms have been completely remodeled, however, the only thing that was disappointing was they were not decorated in a southwest decor as you would expect for this type of resort. The bathrooms are HUGE with granite counters, double sinks, large shower with rainfall shower head and a jacuzzi style tub. The room claims to have two oversized double beds, but I think oversized is a bit of a stretch. To me, they just seemed like two double beds. Large balcony overlooking the East pool and the mountains. Great view. The main pool (South Pool) has been re-done since last trip with all new tiles. The first couple of days the water in the pool had to be 95 degrees and was not refreshing, but they seemed to have fixed that problem by the 3rd day. In 110 degree heat, you want COLDER water.....Friday nights at La Hacienda, they do an authentic pig roast/bbq for $29 per adult and $15 for children under 12. This was by far the best meal we had in Scottsdale. If you are there on a Friday night in the summer, it is a MUST!!!! This was just a GREAT vacation. Nothing but lying poolside and swimming for a week. Keep up the good work Fairmont, and THANKS!!!!!

My sister and I stayed here for a weekend in June..girl's spa weekend! The spa is very nice, a lot of things to do..but spendy.

Our room was nice, but odd shaped. Not a big deal, but I think it was this way so that your bed was far away from the door and any noise outside of your door. Our view was of the courtyard, with a small balcony with table and chairs.

The rooms are clean, but NO wireless internet. BUMMER! The restaurants are good and very accomating.

It was off-season, so the resot was very peaceful and we were able to relax.

Staff did a great job with shopping recommendations..went to Old Town and one of the Outlet Malls.

Wow. We had a great Spring Break at the Fairmont. The pools are awesome. The hotel grounds are immaculate. The hotel was full however, we had a great time. We had a casita for the family. Each morning I awoke to take run. What a great place to go for Spring break with the whole family. The restaurants around Scottsdale are fantastic. We are going back next year,

I stayed here with my family and it was a great experience. I just loved it!!! They got a nice pool and I was there all day working on my tan. There are cute rubbits in the garden area and all the trees and flowers are well maintained. Hotel staff was very nice and polite. It's little bit far from everything but if you want to stay somewhere isolated and quiet, this is your choice.

First, let me explain…I am very picky when it comes to hotels and restaurants.

Best trip to AZ ever! We left another resort in Phoenix to stay at the Fairmont. The service was very Ritz Carlton like. This hotel had very friendly staff. Several staff members welcomed us as we walked in. The resort grounds and pool were gorgeous. It seems the average room at this resort is approximately 20% larger than the average room I am used to at Arizona hotels.

After what we had to deal with at our last hotel the night before, I asked to see the room before we moved in. It was nice but I wasn’t impressed with the view so I went to ask if they would be able to move us down a few doors. The manager Shannon came out and immediately took over. She was as nice as can be. After a few minutes she asked a porter to escort us to our new room, which was nicer that we could have asked for. She really made this trip a great one.

Fishing poles for the onsite ponds and golf clubs were complimentary. There was no resort fee. Parking was $20 for valet but it is complimentary until 10 PM. Then you can move it to the self parking lot which is right across the street. The cabanas run approximately $150 during our stay.

The outdoor bar lounges are beautiful at night. Great place to hang. We’re coming back!!! The hotel was so nice; my wife and her friends left another hotel in downtown Scottsdale to spend the day at the Fairmont for their bachelorette party.
