This restaurant has the best Chinese food we have ever had. We went on a Tuesday night and it was packed. The food was terrific. We shared sizzling rice soup then split Chilean bass with a side of mixed vegetables. It was perfect. The bass was a nice filet and the vegetables with rice were great with the sauce. Service was good but it took extra time to get the check. If you are in the mood for Chinese be sure to try this place you won't be disappointed.

“We LOVE their spare ribs!”
Reviewed February 1, 2014

Two years ago when vacationing in Scottsdale my travel companion and I dined at the other location and really enjoyed our meal. We were so impressed with the spare ribs during that meal that when planning our return trip I knew we would have to make it back. The only problem was that neither one of us could recall which location we dined at. After consulting trip advisor we noted the North Scottsdale location had better reviews. We made our reservation and looked forward to dinner.

Immediately upon arrival, we realized that this was not the location we dined at two years ago. Fortunately, it didn't matter because dinner was excellent. The place was packed. Tables were full of lively diners enjoying delicious looking food and active conversation. The wait staff was attentively engaged and friendly. They seemed to know many of the guests in the dining room.

We started with the barbeque spare ribs and they were FABULOUS. Just like two years ago....these ribs are amazing. AMAZING!! After the ribs we split the shrimp and snow pea entrée. It was also delicious. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, super fresh tasting and delicately prepared in a light but flavorful sauce with perfectly cooked pea pods and water chestnuts. With one soda pop, our bill ended up at $33...including tax and tip.
The food quality is terrific. Portion sizes are on the small to moderate size.
If you're trying to decide with location to go to, we think either one will be a good choice and we will decide with one to have dinner at based upon proximity to our hotel for future trips.

“A treat”
Reviewed January 30, 2014

This restaurant has some of the best Chinese food we have ever had. A great selection - well priced. The service is excellent even on a busy night. The food is served within minutes of your selection - one dish at a time or all at once - your choice. One complaint. They serve a Pinot Grigio that can be bought in a retail store for $7.99 - they charge $30!!!! 2 or 21/2 times retail is acceptable but not this margin. Still, it is a special treat - we have tried many of the dishes and have never been disappointed. Take guests - get more dishes to try!

“if NY style chinese is your thing then you can't go wrong here”
Reviewed January 14, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

the only time I was disappointed was a reservation for 10 of us on Christmas day...that was about 3 years ago and since then they have been on target with the service,; the quality of the food; and the ambiance. They are planning to move to another shopping center about a block away...we anticipate that the new restaurant will have the same great service and food as the current location...

“Great soup and mooshu.”
Reviewed January 8, 2014

Yearning for Chinese, and skipping all the Panda Expresses, we stumbled upon The Jade Palace. At least it wasn't "The Wall.". Anyway, ordered only War Won Ton soup and mooshu chicken. Both wre top notch. I glimpsed at the decor, which looked attractive.
