Description: Inchin’s is a combination of the words Indian and Chinese. This truly describes our cuisine. Since Calcutta played a very important part in the development of Chinese cuisine in India, it is here that our food is inspired from. In today’s ‘Global Cuisine’ trend ours is a fusion of many far eastern cuisines. Some of the dishes are inspired by Malaysian cooking which in turn is influenced by Indian and Chinese cooking styles. It was a natural follow through that we also introduced Thai cuisine as part of our menu in order to keep to the ‘Pan Asian” concept.

Ok food. Very expensive. Only specific dishes are worth. Would not recommend if you love Indian Chinese and go to this restaurant.

This place is good for trying out some Indian version of the chinese cuisine we get back home. Chili Chicken, Chili Paneer etc remind you of the menu card we see in restaurants back home. Although the smokiness of the food back in India is missing, it is still a good place to try some the childhood favorites.

Since this is the only one I know in Phoenix area which serves Indian-chinese, I love this one. The dishes are pretty close to what one should expect. Been there twice, not disappointed.

This is strictly a place for those who are craving for Indian Chinese food.

Soup :- go with the spicy coconut chicken soup.
Starters :- Spicy chicken 65. Spicy Fish and Chilly babycorn.
Main Course :- Their fried rices and noodles are a treat. I've had their LoMein which was great. As was their Garlic Basil Chicken fried rice. Stick to Chicken as the meat. I've tried mixed once and it didn't taste all that good. Also stay away from the other non spicy dishes. I don't think they good justice to those (or it may just be my preference)
