Hard to believe that this brewpub has only been open 1 year. The run a quality act here. Their beers (they might have as many as 12 on tap at once) were all above average with a couple real standouts. They brew in small batches so their selection is constantly rotating. The serve a small, but tasty menu with selections centering around their in-house wood-fired oven. I tried the breads and spreads (3 different bread types with different toppings) and it was tasty. Every pizza I saw also looked great. The bartender and staff were very helpful, friendly and informed about the beer they were serving. I like that they offer multiple glass sizes instead of just pints. They have a small outdoor seating area. Kids would be okay but seating is fairly limited so I would suggest an off-time. This would be my first stop in Scottsdale for local beer, then Papago down the street.
