We went here on the recommendation of our hotel - we were told it is an upscale, nicer Denny's or IHOP. We arrived and there was a long wait. The menu was incredible and we were very excited for the food. Their cinnamon bun was amazing. Their omelette was good, but not great. We had just gone to Butters Pancake the day before, and the omelette there was amazing. The omelette at Good Egg was satisfying, but nothing memorable. I would return to get a decent breakfast, but would not go out of my way to go here. Although, some of their other options may be better (like the cinnamon bun).
