Very casual, docents and staff ready to answer questions. More information on brass and techniques to make molds would have been nice. Also should have chairs and beverages for sale.
Metal pouring a real process

We called early in the morning and were told they would be pouring on the 1/2 hour from
9-12 and the lady suggested we get there at least 15 minutes early. We used our GPS and had no trouble finding Cosanti - there is even a sign out by the road. When we arrived, the lady said to go right to the "work area" where they were just finishing a pouring. We watched the workers as they finished and started preparing for the next pouring. We wandered around and rang many of the beautiful bells -the different tones were really amazing. Prices start around $24 and go into the thousands We were informed it was time for another pouring and we enjoyed watching the process. The workers answered questions from the audience about the process. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend a visit to Cosanti.

Pretty much a waste of time but we did buy a bell. Nice people but not much to see. The focus is on the shop where the crafts are sold.

We loved being there. We loved the sounds coming from the bells. We bought a beautiful, bronze bell.

Interesting! Watch them cast bronze bells, etc. Beautiful works of art. Inexpensive to get out the VISA.
