“Too Small”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

Rather small display where the gift shop area and display rivals that of the museum itself.
That said, the staff was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
Admission is $5 ($4 for seniors) - a bit overpriced for the limited display.

The main museum in downtown Phoenix is IT!

“Very good lunch”
Reviewed January 23, 2013 via mobile

We only eat lunch at the Heard Museum North Scottsdale location. They have seating in a very nice outdoor patio area that we took advantage of. The menu was nice with a good variety but limited. we enjoyed the setting and the service. I had the oven roasted turkey sandwich with melted brie. It was very good nd came on a bread mixed with nuts and raspberries. I would go back anytime for that !!!

This could best be described as more of a 'display' rather than a 'museum.' It will only take a few minutes to view the entire gallery. The good thing is that the admission is cheap: $5. If you have the time, go to the main Heard Museum in Phoenix. It is outstanding.

“Very informative”
Reviewed July 5, 2012

This museum, though small, is packed with information and Native Americans. It'll take you 30 minutes to see everything. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm glad we took the time to see it.

“awesome!”
Reviewed April 18, 2012

We really enjoyed our visit to this museum, smaller and somehow more personal than the larger Heard Museum central. We especially loved the outdoor grounds (with charming write-ups on the various cacti), the statuary and the tiled benches. It was lovely to eat in the outdoor cafe, looking at the wonderful cactus displays, and the lunch was delicious. There is a small museum, with a fee, but the art is impressive; the gift shop is big and free of charge. It was a nice experience, highly recommended! Go here...and enjoy!
