We stayed one night at the Saguaro Hotel, and were excited to find that this "Iron Chef" Jose Garces owned restaurant was on the property. Everything was delicious. Seriously. Everything! The guacamole & chips were fresh & perfectly seasoned. The little chili "poppers" (an upscale jalapeno popper) were great. The crab & nopales cactus salsa was so different but delicious. We had several appetizers, then shared several types of tacos (they come 3 to an order, but you can add a fourth if you want.) We had lamb and carnitas. We tried the Kale Caesar (since we thought we should have some greens) and were so glad we did. Along with the delicious cocktails, amazing selection of tequilas & mezcals, the atmosphere and the service, we were a very happy foursome.
