*Our server, MICHAELLA, was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable when asked for advice on entrees and beer selection. She had a knack for showing up at the perfect times, but at no time did we ever feel
*We started with the BAVARIAN PRETZELS as an appetizer. They arrived pipping hot (go Michealla!), with the perfect amount of salt, and paired deliciously with the spicy mustard sauce.
*Spinach Salad was a must have! So crispy, and playful with the creaminess of the goat cheese contrasting the heat of the roasted red pepper. I couldn't get over how fresh all of the ingredients were.
*SALMON WAS ONE OF THE BEST FILETS I'VE EVER HAD: perfectly moist so that it just melts on your tongue, perfectly seasoned so as to accent and not overpower the natural flavors The Salmon BLT is a decadent treat. =)
*The oatmeal stout was really more of a porter, lacking the body and flavor that I love in stouts. That being said, it was still downright tasty---but as a porter.
*The pasta side had too much sauce, and was not particularly flavorful.
Overall the service was excellent, and in spite of it being a "football Sunday" our server, Michaella, made sure we never wanted for anything. Even if you think you don't like fish, order the salmon, it'll change your mind. ;-)
