My family and I returned to this hotel in Scottsdale. We have been going there for many years when it was called the summer field suites and owned by Wyndham. It was very refreshing to see the refurbishment and changes. For value for money this place is amazing. We had a double king suite for 5 nights and it cost £438. It consisted of 2 bedrooms with own walk in shower en suite. A living room with full kitchen etc. Full breakfast which was also very good. Because it was the summer and Scottsdale is very hot the prices are lower but I would go there any time. Everywhere is clean and everyone is so friendly. When we arrived we were greeted by Vincent at reception, he was a very caring man who oozed friendliness. The barman Leopold was also very friendly and knowledgable about the wines. This hotel has everything one needs guest laundry, fitness suite, business room, pool, jacuzzi, bar with choice of food in the evenings. I especially liked the refurbishment which was done very tastefully. If you ever travel to Scottsdale this is the place to go. It s also within walking distance of he Fashion Mall.

Enjoyed this property very much. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was enjoyable, the rooms were recently renovated and very clean. Would stay here again! The pool was nice. Shopping and Restaurants close by. Excellent location. Great for families.

We stayed here for two nights. Arrived after 10 p.m., were greeted at the parking lot entrance by security making sure we had a room key or were on the list to check in (to keep spaces from being taken by visitors to nearby clubs and restaurants). The property was recently renovated and shows it - everything felt new and was spotlessly clean. We had a two-bedroom unit (one king, two doubles, two bathrooms) which worked perfectly with two kids. Kitchen had a full-size fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, pretty much everything you'd need. Beds were very comfortable. Living room had a sofa and table chairs, and was nicely positioned between the bedrooms. Saltwater pool wasn't huge, but big enough and the courtyard area was nicely landscaped. There was a large breakfast area with a better-than-average free breakfast and plenty of seating. The hotel is on the Drinkwater Drive loop, which made it a little quieter than being right on Scottsdale Ave. But it was in easy walking distance to Old Town and other restaurants/bars. Very short drive to the zoo and airport. The price was excellent - lower than most of the other hotels in the area. Combined with getting a two-bedroom suite, it was an excellent value.

Traveling as a family of 5 is always a bit tough and finding a hotel to accommodate us at a reasonable price is a priority. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. The location to Olde Town Scottsdale shopping, restaurants, etc..was very close, only a block or two away. The suite we had was very roomy. We loved the separate bedrooms with their own baths. The kitchen, living area was spacious too. The hotel had a nice layout, was quiet and was easy to find and we were able to literally park right outside of our bottom level room. Note: This hotel does not have elevators, only stairs, as it is only 3 floors high. The pool is saltwater and was very clean and refreshing. The staff was very polite and helpful. The included breakfast was appreciated as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent set of suites located in a good area close to all the amenities and shops of Scottsdale. Very easy to find and the area is easy to navigate.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the only problem I had (a dodgy aircon, when it was 113F) was fixed immediately.

Breakfast was good and the public areas comfortable. I would've preferred more shade around the pool as I don't like frying myself in the sun!

Dave was very helpful, and although we didn't use it, he arranged a late check out for us all with no quibbles. Well done Dave!

In essence then, an ideal place to stay; very well-equipped suites with everything I needed. Definitely stay here again, whether on business or leisure.

I appreciate the words and hope to see you when we are south of 100!
