Three of us enjoyed dining at Eddie V's. Front of the restaurant is large and noisy, but our booth in the back was comfortable and reasonably quiet. Food was excellent and wine list varied and reasonably priced. I had the lobster bisque to start and it was creamy and well flavored. For my entree, I had the Chilean Sea Bass in a Hong Kong broth. It was fantastic - fish was perfectly cooked and broth was wonderful. We would definitely return. Service was excellent and we left very happy.
