Description: ‘Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tradition where each pizza is a unique piece of art. We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, all natural ingredients, and the Blast-Cooking process for 60–90 seconds at 905°C on our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza. Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough with a minimum of 24 hours in the rising process. We are proud to be the First and Only APN Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani and VPN Verace Pizza Napoletana certified Restaurant in Arizona. We take Neapolitan pizza seriously and you will be able to tell with every taste.

We saw this place when our free shuttle bus from the frisky hotel dropped guests off and booked it for the following evening. They hadn't set a table for us so we had to help ourselves to salt and pepper and a candle from a nearby table. The waiters were shouting at each other as we were choosing our meal. The waitress said she would bring us olive oils but she didn't. The owner was a constant distraction, throwing his arms around some guests and being overly loud.the waitress reoved the empty wine bottle from our table and did not ask if we would like another drink or anything else to eat. The food was great, but how can anybody make a truly bad pizza? Would not recommend this place to anybodt

Excellent pizzas, nice atmosphere, good prompt and friendly service - I too could share giant portions with my friend without being looked down on. Outside of pizzas, limited menu.

My wife and I ate here tonight. There were very people in the restaurant when we arrived and we were a little nervous. However, the service and food was fantastic. We shared the Romano salad, Pomo pizza, and finished with the cannoli. We loved all of it. Sharing portions is easy here and welcomed....portions are huge. One cool thing I learned....this style of pizza is cooked for 90 seconds in a 1200 degree oven. Very cool oven, built in Italy.

This was the best pizza I have ever had in the U.S. Delicious! Just be careful the brazier caught an umbrella on fire while we were there.

Reservations for 4 on a busy Thursday evening. Waitress was helpful and suggested we share 2 pizzas to accompany our 2 apps. Started with delicious meat plate and Cesar salad. Followed by an Arugula & Prosciutto pie and a Buffola mozzarella pizza... delicious! Pies had a thin, crisp bottom and were ready in 2 minutes due to the very hot lava rock bottom pizza oven. An enjoyable, casual evening!
