Booked two nights, stayed three nights helping our son move to Scottsdale from Chicago for a job. Friendly staff. Everybody left you alone, if you like that sort of thing - which we love. Our room was clean and comfortable. Snack every night in lobby - wonderful cookies. Ice cold ice water in lobby at all times, in a big urn. Which was much needed, if you have ever been to Scottsdale in the summer. Breakfast fare varied every day and was delicious and plentiful. Used business center and printing - very nice area, with all the supplies you could need. No one was ever in there.
The best thing was our housekeeping person - I believe her name was Maria. We hung our towels up to "conserve" - because if you left them on the floor, that meant you wanted them replaced. She replaced them anyway. And she left us candy every day.More
