“Piece of Cold War History”
Reviewed January 13, 2014

We came across the Titan Museum by chance and were very glad we did! This is a fascinating place and well worth a visit. A time to reflect on the Cold War and the chilling thought of what could have been. The briefing and tour was conducted by professional and friendly staff. Bring the kids and let them see some history.

“Really Cool”
Reviewed January 13, 2014

Excellent friendly staff, all of which were volunteers. Seeing the missile was really cool, incredible experience. The tour could be slightly longer though. Taking everyone down deeper into the missile, the kitchen, living quarters, etc. Still a great experience.

“wow!”

If you grew up seeing "Duck and Cover" on the television, this is a must see in southern Arizona. It is not a fantasy, it is the real thing. It was an active site (one of 54) during the Cold War and the docents demonstrate how, given the order, we could destroy the civilized world in just over 30 minutes. Makes the hair on the back of your neck stand right up. And by the way, you can see "Duck and Cover" in one of the kiosks.

“A Piece of History”

If you grew up in the cold war era you will remember this. The only site left in the USA. Very knowledgeable staff and they give you a real feel of what life was like for 24 hr shifts in the complex.

“Very Educational”
Reviewed January 7, 2014

This museum really makes you understand the Cold War. The Guide made the tour extremely interesting and doing a mock launch of the missile made you realize what could have happened. Well worth the admittance fee to see this important piece of history.
