Our 2-yr old had fit when we took a table knife from him. We were trying to calm him when someone we assumed was a superivsor (short grey hair with tail, glasses, moustache) to see what was wrong. Not friendly at all. His concern was how the crying affected other customers, and not about a potential injury. No smile, monotone voice, and his gaze was unwelcoming. We were seated in isolated room, with no other customers in it and the place was no where near bustling with, business. The food was cold and plain. Wait staff were upbeat and friendly, but this guy ruined it for everyone. We're very appreciative tippers.... Sorry, not this time!
