Our stay here, Oct 1 - 8, 2013, was absolutely delightful. Breakfast is something special (different each day and elegantly served), rooms well furnished and comfortable, and grounds immaculately kept. However, what makes it special are the innkeepers who become your friends and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Despite the government shutdown preventing us from visiting the national parks, we had a great visit.

Room Tip: Each of the rooms are uniquely decorated and furnished. We stayed in the Delphinium, which has a fi...

This B&B was exactly what I was looking for when I booked two nights for our annual anniversary mini-vacation. The attention to detail of the staff was amazing. I was very impressed with all of the tiny details that really made this place stand out - the heat lamp in the bathroom, for example. The bedsheets were divine, the bath towels were super plush, the room was immaculate, the anniversary tray of sparkling cider (in addition to it being our second anniversary, we had also just learned we were pregnant with our first child!) and chocolates was very thoughtful, the breakfasts were hearty and delicious. And the list goes on...
I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about our two-night trip. Everything was spot-on perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a romantic getaway!

Room Tip: We loved Delphinium!

Prescott Pines is absolutely delightful. We were looking for a quiet, clean, quaint spot to rest for two nights and Prescott Pines was the perfect place. The food was amazing and hospitality so warm and friendly. We stayed in the last room next to the gazebo and enjoyed quiet nights with charming surroundings. We enthusiastically give five stars to this hidden gem.

We loved Prescott Pines so much the first time that we returned for another stay. Can't say enough about the wonderful owners and warm and attentive staff who make you feel like family. The two rooms we've stayed in have been immaculate, furnishings comfortable, and rooms beautifully decorated, each in their own theme and with great detail. The grounds are well manicured and the new gazebo is a perfect addition to the Inn. The breakfasts are well thought out and delicious. A great place for rest, relaxation, and romance. We're hooked on the place and are looking forward to our next stay!

Planned this return visit for my wife's birthday and it was a hit. The staff had everything ready for our arrival down to the greing tray with birthday greeting and decos. The room was great and the breakfasts were also top notch. Close enough to enjoy the activities of Labor Day weekend in the town square and local restaurants. We will be back and recommend Prescott Pines to anyone wanting a romantic and cozy retreat.

Room Tip: Any room is great but front ones do face the main road but not a big deal because in the evening tra...

My son had to attend a music camp in Prescott, so we took advantage for a romantic getaway. The place was very nice. My wife sent pictures via Facebook and all her friends were very jealous and wanted to know where the place was located. The breakfasts were unique, but very tasty. The rooms are NOT gigantic, especially the bathrooms, but for a couple of days it was fine. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time at the Inn. We also met some very nice people at breakfast each day. My wife was VERY impressed with how clean everything was.

Room Tip: The website does a good job of showing each room, and what size of bed, etc. each room has, so you c...

This is the second time a group of 9 of us stayed at Prescott Pines. We took over the Lodge and six other rooms.
This is a fantastic set up for all of us to stay at the Lodge and play mahjong ,eat, drink, and have lots of fun. We brought in food and had one dinner and lunch at the Lodge. It's very well stacked with dishes, utensils, pots pans, bowls, and cleaning supplies. You don't need to bring anything other than food if you stay there.
There even was seasoning and coffee in the room.
I had a problem with the audio on my TV. It took less than 20 min.for someone to come and take care of the problem.
Breakfasts were delicious and varied daily. Everything was homemade and yummy.
The grounds were lovely and a bit whimsical. Where else can you find rubber duckies surrounding a fountain?
My only suggestion was that the cleanup crew would have started with the other rooms and left the Lodge for the last cleanup place.
We definitely hope to return next summer to get away from the Phoenix heat, play mahj, enjoy the cool weather, and have fun.
