Spent our New Years Eve in Prescott, and chose the Prescott Pines as our lodging. Cannot find the words to fuel the compliments for the experience! The Inn is charming, decorated for the holiday in such a way to say "Welcome!" Dawn and Lisa make the experience such that you feel you have been welcomed into their home, and not just spending the night. They offer an evening snack time, with yummy gourmet level treats. The rooms was cozy and comfortable, and we slept like a baby when we turned in for the night. Breakfast was simply amazing, yet another example of their skills in the kitchen. Our room was a tick over a hundred bucks for the night, and worth every penny. My wife and I will absolutely be back on one of our next road trips to Prescott.

Room Tip: We stayed in the "Morning Glory" room, which faces the back of the property. The rooms are...

You wont go wrong with the Prescott Pines Inn. We stayed here while house hunting and we also wanted to be apart of Acker Night. One of Prescotts Christmas Celebrations. We couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay for 3 nights! Lisa and Dawn were so welcoming. They thought of every detail to make sure we felt completely at home. We stayed in the Columbine Room and it was very comfortable & met every need and more. Coffee in our room for whenever we desired it plus there were always fresh baked goodies in the Community room (which is like a warm, cozy living room). On Saturday afternoon there was a small reception for the guests with wonderful homemade appetizers & fresh baked goods. You will never have a better breakfast. Fabulous!! We will definately be back to visit with Dawn & Lisa. They are delightful!

Room Tip: Check out the different rooms on their website. There will be one to meet your needs.

My husband and I stayed at the Prescott Pines Inn B&B on December 17th and loved it!
Lisa and Dawn, the Innkeepers were wonderful hosts, warm and welcoming. We chose the English Rose cottage, a cozy, well decorated, immaculate room with a kitchenette.
Lisa and Dawn hosted what I'll call a "Holiday Happy Hour" for their guests with homemade cookies, cheeses, hot appetizers, and other assorted goodies, alongwith non-alcoholic beverages in the main house. They gave each guest a package of their homemade cookies and an ornament they made from the pine cones off their trees as a momento of our visit. We were pleasantly surprised. Being the Christmas season, it was decorated with warmth and a friendly atmosphere. And the entire outside property was decorated for the season.
The next morning we had a delicious home cooked breakfast with our fellow guests.
Interestingly, we had stayed at this B&B over 10 years ago when it was owned by previous owners, and we must say that Lisa and Dawn have transformed this B&B into bed and breakfast experience that you shouldn't miss when looking for accommodations in Prescott.
We highly recommend Prescott Pines Inn B&B and look forward to staying there again.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here at The Heather in 2010. We were several months late in making it back for our anniversary celebration. We wondered how it would be with Dawn and Lisa, our new hosts. It was indeed a delightful time we had returning to The Heather. The cottage was beautifully kept, still comfortable and cozy with the gas log fireplace as there was a light dusting with snow our second morning. The breakfasts were delicious. And Lisa and Dawn were wonderfully warm and considerate, even providing an anniversary treat in our cottage. We had a wonderful time, and look forward to returning many times in the future. We suggest you make reservations early to be assured of a place to stay here. You won't be disappointed!

We can't rate this B&B any higher. The service was top-notch, the hosts were friendly and helpful, the room (we stayed in the Heather) was immaculate and well-appointed, and breakfast was delicious. The inn oozes small-town charm and hospitality. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and have a hard time staying at any other B&B or hotel on our next Prescott trip.

I took my husband to Prescott Pines Inn for his birthday and we had a great time especially at the Inn. We stayed in the "Heather" room and it was soo delightful. The room was perfect! It was very clean and super comfy. The food was great. My only regret is that we did not stay longer. I highly recommend this B&B.

Not unusual, we made late reservations for Thanksgiving. The only place we could find that would bed our family of four was this B&B. We had no idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. When making the reservations, we were asked about food allergies...who does that? Well the professional and personable owners of this fantastic Inn do? They actually care about their guests and treated us like family. We drove away knowing we will return. We were thankful to have been able to spend Thanksgiving with Dawn and Lisa.
