Stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. Nice accommodations at a very reasonable price. Staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast a small step up from typical free breakfast. There was, however, one downside that must be mentioned. If you book here make sure to request a parking lot side room. Traffic noise on the highway side was quite intrusive, makes sleep difficult, and doesn't diminish significantly even in the wee hours of the morning. Close to a number of dining spots.

Room Tip: Avoid the highway side rooms at all costs. I would stay elsewhere if I couldn't get a parking lot side room.

We stay here every year for the high school state wrestling championships and they have always been amazing! Our rooms have always been clean and ready when we got there. They have a really nice hot breakfast every morning and a beautiful patio with multiple fire pits so you can enjoy your cup of coffee outside. Having a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator in every room really helps! Especially when you travel with athletes who need to eat a little healthier. We will continue to stay here every year!

I have stayed here long term as a person who travels for work. The staff is great from the front desk, to breakfast and dinner crew, and housekeeping. Most everyone everyone goes out of their way to accommodate anything I needed. The fireplaces and bbq's were nice additions, the wireless always worked, and the gym was decent. Theresa, Amy, John, Maggie, and Debbie made my stay feel a bit more like home.

Only stayed one night - room on 3rd floor. Room was very clean and decorated nicely. There was an overabundance of drawers in the room - could be useful if you are staying longer. I like the fact that the heating/air-conditioning unit is in an enclosed closet and not directly in the room.

The weather was a little cold the night I stayed there so didn't use the pool or the barbeques.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Only complaint would be that some rooms face a busy street and that can get a bit noisy. Suggest that you forgo the view of the mountains and request a room away from the street.

Every employee I came in contact with made me feel at home. I travel a lot for business and I always look forward to staying at this hotel. The food that is offered is always fresh and good tasting. Included in the room rate is a full breakfast, and there is a social time in the evening with good food and free wine and beer. The rooms are always clean and the housekeeping service does a good job. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family that are traveling to the Prescott area! For the overall experience I would rate this hotel as one of the best in Prescott!
