My husband and I ate here recently as a friend of ours raves about it. I'm honestly wondering what kind of palate our friend has! My husband ordered the pork quesadilla, which arrived with a dry shell, paper-thin layer of cheese, and MAYBE 10 small pieces of pork. And this was $7.49. I ordered the #4, two enchiladas and rice/beans. The rice and beans were barely warm, and neither had any flavor. The chicken enchilada had good white meat chicken in it, but that's about all I can say good about it - it was pretty much tasteless. The ground beef enchilada was not any better. The red sauce had no zest to it, and added nothing to the enchiladas for taste. This was $7.99 All-in-all, a very disappointing meal! The only good thing, and the reason I gave two stars, was our waitress, Olivia, who was prompt and friendly. This is rodeo weekend, and they were busy, so maybe the kitchen was too busy to put out their best food, but this is certainly a place I will not recommend or return to.
