Phone disconnected, website down. Read a Facebook post about a dispute concerning this place, which is too bad because the food WAS good. If anyone knows differently, please let me know!

Bryan's is having some stress internally. Hope Bryan stays and they get things worked out...because we loved it last summer...but it has gone from 5 stars to maybe 2.

I knew from other reviews that the service and pace at chef Bryan's bistro would be slow, and they were right- about an hour and a half in all. If you want a slow dinner with a loved one (which I did) - that worked out great, but in that time you are able to notice that it is a restaurant in a strip mall and the aesthetics show it. The service staff was a little all over the place, but the food was delicious. Wonderful and creative tastes to be had at this restaurant, but be warned of the slowness to it all.

When you first approach this establishment you would question your choice for
fine dining but not to worry as the food is, for the most part, exceptional.
This is a small place and you may want to make a reservation. First the good
news, not only fresh oysters in Prescott but three varieties to choose from.
I have eaten at many fine dining locations all around the world and can tell you
that I have never had better scallops and the biggest surprise was the
brussels sprouts that accompanied them. I have long turned my nose up to these
smelling little green things but not these.... they were amazing! The bad news,
my wife ordered the lobster bisque and while it smelled promising someone was
way to generous with the salt shaker as it was terribly salty. Also there was a
two man jazz duo playing. This would have been enjoyable under other
circumstances except for the fact that the room was no bigger than some living
rooms and they over powered any attempt to enjoy conversation with even those
sitting next to you.
