“Fine dining at affordable prices”
Reviewed May 20, 2012

Finding Chef Bryan's Bistro was a great new experience. The place breathes life into an area which had fallen into a rut of the routine dining experience. While there is no shortage of burger joints and a few local pubs the bistro provides fine food and now has a full list wine and alcoholic beverages. The atmosphere is cozy with decent service. The one thing that needs work is the service although not bad when the place gets busy it can start to lag. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy a full meal.

“New and good!”
Reviewed April 11, 2012

We have been there twice for lunch and once for dinner since Chef Bryan opened on March 1st, and have enjoyed it each time. The food is varied, inspired, delicious and reasonably priced. Bryan has been around, knows what he's doing and does it well. Don't let the location put you off (in sort of a droopy strip mall, across the parking lot from where Goodwin's drug store used to be). It's small but comfortable--note the serving bar that used to be the soda fountain in Goodwin's. Good idea to make a dinner reservation most evenings. Liquor license pending--BYOB if you wish, in the meantime.
