Our hosts were outstanding! Food was amazing! Walking distance to everything, very clean and organized, very quiet and comfortable! We look forward to staying again in the future!

Dont waste your time or money at the chain budget motels...this place is well worth the few extra$!

After staying for a weekend retreat I can say the Pleasant Street Inn is the whole package - warm, inviting, spotless, plenty of privacy, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Dave and Gayle were so friendly and helpful, and the food was GREAT! Thank you both for making my stay there so inviting - can't wait to visit again!

A group of us stayed at The Pleasant Street Inn and had a blast. The owners went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant with lots of extras, such as, bamboo soft sheets, organic soap and shampoos, and delicious catered breakfasts, and decadent desserts. It was a perfect place for a retreat. Dave and Gayle gave us plenty of space and privacy that our retreat sessions needed. I highly recommend the place. Ask for the upstairs suite that has a room with a view looking out over the gorgeous neighborhood.

Thanks Gayle and Dave. You are the best!

Everything about this B&B is First Class. It was our second time for staying there, but the first time since David and Gayle became the proprietors. Sparkling clean, very quite, close to walk into the main part of town, an excellent breakfast. You will not be disappointed staying at this B&B.

For my first visit to the magical and historical town of Prescott, I was fortunate to land at The PSI B&B. What a gift this was!

The town is so rich, the people charming and PSI B&B a WONDERFUL serene hideaway. I am actually reluctant to share this hide-way on the net but it would be wrong not to share this info.

I have not been a fan of corporate lodging for some time for many reasons. Too noisy, unhealthy eats and much more.

Guess what? For the first time in years, I slept like a BABY in the "Pine View Suite" then dined on PERFECTLY delicious CUISINE (this was WAY more than cold ceral with milk and coffee) that apparently is prepared daily by their chef.

CUMMON!

I was on a well-deserved VAY CAY as they say, if that makes sense.

The PSI B&B is a jewel!

Location? superb and close to everything
Peace and quiet? scroll up! Leave your sleeping pills home. There are only four suites/rooms and each one is charming and unique.
Cleanliness? Let me tell you, I wish MY HOME were as spic and span.
Nice hosts? Gayle and David are amazing.
Good grub? Although it is not on their site, the breakfast is not only delicious but also (and this was a special plus since I suffer from dietary issues galore) "organic" and hand crafted by their professional chef!!
Do I plan to return to PSI-B&B? HECK YA!!!!

PS Although the Dave and Gayle are "the new owners/hosts" it turns out they have been working in and around the hospitality industries for YEARS. and it SHOWS very clearly. I know where I will staying when I'm in Prescott!

I visited the Pleasant Street in for the first time last week. The Inn is located on a quiet street near the center of town. The landscaping of the Inn has been newly redone and is lovely with a gorgeous green lawn that surrounds the Historic Home. We were greeted by the delightful proprietors, David and Gayle. They showed us around the Inn and were very helpful and friendly. Each room is unique, well appointed and comfortable. The Inn is spotless and clearly shows the care and attention of the proprietors. I highly recommend this Inn should you want to visit Prescott, Arizona any time of the year.

On a return trip to Prescott, we stayed again at the Pleasant Street Inn. We found new owners. Jeanne, the former owner gave up the Inn in the spring of 2013 and the new owners, David and Gayle were in place when we arrived. Jeanne had been a remarkably personable and helpful innkeeper and we were concerned that with the change things might be different. But, to our relief, we found the new innkeepers to be just as friendly, helpful as Jeanne had been. And, the Inn was as sparkling clean and tidy as we had found in the past.

Here you will find comfort and a friendly atmosphere. We like the Garden Room, in the front, with its own bathroom. Central air conditioning for the upstairs rooms (presumably everywhere, but we did not check that) makes warm days no problem. Beds are comfortable. There is a nightlight in the bathroom (a nice little feature not always found). Breakfast was served at 8:30, and consisted of cereals, hot oatmeal, muffins and other treats, good coffee (always available via a single-cup brew), juice and a hot dish that seems to change each day. All very delicious and designed to ensure that you can have only a light lunch if you wish. And a little fridge contains soft drinks and bottled water, which are freely available throughout the day.

This remains one of our favorite small Inns. The new owners are very friendly, know the area, and are very helpful - but not at all intrusive. They will interact with you as you wish, but will not impose. We found nothing at all to make issue with - everything was as it should be. This included David's asking to be informed if anything came to mind that he might do to make the Inn an even more attractive place. Speaking of attractive, the landscaping has been redone - with a lovely lawn and well kept plants that enhance the exterior. And, the innkeepers will provide you with a breakfast even if you have to leave early - they offered us a hot breakfast for a 7 AM departure (an over the top thing to offer), but we asked simply for a bit of cereal - and found cereal, muffins, hot oatmeal, etc., more than we expected.

Visit the Pleasant Street Inn and you will certainly return. We will, again and again.

Room Tip: All the rooms are just fine.
