It has been several months since my last visit for lunch, however, it was one of the best I've had in the downtown Prescott area. The vegetables and salads were fresh and well prepared. My friend's sandwich looked and (she said ) tasted delicious. The soups are well seasoned, flavorful, innovative and do not seem to have been "pre-prepared" or too salty. My only disappointment is that this comfortable and generally clean cafe had no gluten free offerings such as bread, pizza, desserts or rolls.
I also really enjoy the ambience of the old dark wood bar area, huge windows looking out on the courthouse lawn and passers-by. The service has been spotty depending on the season and time of day, but if you do not have to rush back to work, it is delightful.
