Good overview of AZ and Prescott area history. Sharlot Hall was quite a woman - be sure to see the copper overdress she wore to DC representing the state.

“Prescott's Best Museum”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2012

If you are lucky enough to be in Prescott on a weekend when the Sharlot Hall Museum has a function, please make it a point to go! The folk music festival is my favorite, but there are many others throughout the year (check with the Prescott Chamber of Commerce online) that are very enjoyable. If you enjoy learning about history the Museum is a great place to visit with your children. The volunteers will give you a tour you won't soon forget!
