We went to Sharlot Hall because it was easier to walk to than the Indian museum. We were really surprised at how interesting it was, both in terms of Arizona history and this amazing woman. We didn't go into EVERY building, but spent about 2 hours and enjoyed it. Good docents.

Learn, basically, why Prescott is on the map. Plan an hour to explore the buildings & grounds with friendly guides.

Took my girlfriend there and we just strolled throughout the place. It was a lot of fun and it took about 1.5 hours at a slow pace. Older Kids should have fun too. When i went the garden was dead but i heard that it is amazing so i plan on going back to check it out. the price was great to only $5!

The amount of hard work, research, and care that has gone into the making and maintaining of this museum is very evident as you tour the beautiful, historic buildings and enjoy the grounds and gift shop. It is very well done and well presented. It will educate you on some of the most fascinating history of the are and the state.
