Indoor and outdoor seating. The locals love it. The Border Patrol uses it, so it has to be good. We had a nice glass of wine and a panini sandwich. They also have some basic supplies if you rent in the area for birdwatching. It's hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

We had one dinner and one lunch here recently and both were surprisingly good. The food options are limited in this area so this is pretty much the spot for dinners. We didn't have huge expectations when we sat down but that changed quickly. The Kobe beef hamburger I had was a standout. The peach cobbler was great too. We returned for lunch the next day and had to really good sandwiches. So, even though this may be your only choice, you should be able to dine with confidence.

Very ambitious menu for out of the way spot, but food was cooked well. Cobbler was a little too sweet, but we were happy with our two dinners we ate there.

A complete surprise, to find this extraordinary restaurant and Lodge. Serving excellent food and friendly knowledgeable staff with a small store that may not have everything you want
but has almost everything you need! The quality of the food and quantity is what you might expect to find in much more cosmopolitan area. The standards of freshness, cleanliness, and service are simply amazing. Dining at the cafe with it's wide ranging menu was a real experience with a variety of cuisine all prepared to near perfection.
the selection of wines and beverages are what you would expect from a far larger establishment. The prices are more than fair for the location and well worth the trip to this corner of Arizona and the Chiricahua mountains! What a beautiful place, can't wait to return ! I looked at the accommodations for the lodge also and they are top shelf, very nice.

We ate there today. Our entrees each cost $8.95. We had water to drink. Our bill was $25.00. We asked about it and were told that when my husband ordered the green chile chicken burrito and the waitress asked if he wanted it naked or with sauce and he stated with sauce, an extra $2.75 was added to the price. Then, partway through the meal he asked for some additional sauce, there was another $2.50 charge so he paid $5.25 extra to have green chile sauce on his burrito. At no point did the waitress ever say that sauce was extra and obviously he did not know it or he would have never ordered more. We feel that we should have been informed of extra charges (which seem exorbitant for chile sauce) and that the burrito should have come with sauce in the first place and certainly for $2.75 extra you should not have then needed more. The food was quite good but diners should be aware that they need to ask if anything will cost extra.
