The JW Marriott Hotel has an unexpected treasure in its midst--an Italian restaurant with quality and atmosphere. The menu features a variety of antipastos, pastas, pizzas, wonderful small plates, delicious soup, and some lovely entrees. We were a party of 4 and tried several different things. The scallops were divine, the mussels were tender and juicy in a flavorful dipping broth, the farmer's soup was a standout, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable.

Had a bit of time to spare and thought we'd stop in when we saw a sign for Happy Hour 5-6 daily. Thought this would be a good chance to see the restaurant and have a sampling of the food and atmosphere.

Amazing....Adam served us and was as attentive as ANY waiter I've ever had. Drinks, Lemondrop martini and yummy Argentian wine were stellar. Ordered a margarita pizza to munch on.......it was so amazing, we ate the whole thing even though we had dinner plans just a couple hours later!

Views of the JW property are great and overall atomsphere was what you would expect in a JW world. What an unexpected great experience. May have to go back again tomorrow???

My son and I went on a Friday evening around 6:00 and practically had the place to ourselves. The hotel was very busy with a number of conferences going on but they certainly weren't dining here at least not before 7:30 anyway. Both of our dishes were ok but lacked flavor. They were prepared well and looked appealing but just seemed to be rushed to completion which wasn't necessary since they weren't busy.Service was very attentive and wine list was nice.Prices were a little better than Roy's and Meritage both in the Marriott .The best part of our meal was a dessert called a "Bazooki".Think of a warm, thick chocolate chip cookie combined with a brownie served with ice cream on top! Yum!Atmosphere here was more quiet and relaxing than either Meritage or Roy's but they need to step up the food a notch and this would be a fine restaurant.

This is a first class restaurant in the JW Marriott Desert Ridge complex. The ambiance, service, menu offerings, and quality of food made this an outstanding final night dinner to our stay. We were a group of 20 and the food was served at the same time at the proper temperature. Unbelievable service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was the best! The food was okay, but should have been better. I had a lot more pasta than sauce/meat. The starter was good and so was the dessert. I would return, but would order something else.
