My husband has stayed at this motel 5 or 6 times in the last month. I have stayed with him twice. This is a great little property. The rooms were redecorated within the last few years. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are kept very clean. 32" flat screen TVs, free HBO and wireless internet make it a good spot to stay a few days. Close to several good restaurants as well.

We choose to stay at this hotel bc we were flying in early before a business conference to do a Grand Canyon Tour and wanted to see a bit of downtown.
The free shuttle service was on time and the driver was very friendly and even gave us tips on what to see (and not). The hotel is only 15 min from the airport and located downtown just a short 10 min walk from everything. Although one should know in advance the only thing downtown is Chase Field and a few mall steips aside from that all the fun stuff (shopping, food, entertainment etc) is in Scottsdale a good 45 min on city train $3.50 all day pass. The hotel staff were very friendly and saw to all our needs. The hotel was recently renovated; meaning fresh paint, carpets, linen etc...Very moden and Very clean. I was impressed for the price we paid (I was a bit worried I admit but it all turned out great).Great Location to see what DT looks like a De Souza tours picked us up for the GC Tour. We saved lots by staying in Americas Best Value Inn. However, if your in town for more than 2 days (unlike us) you would be better off staying in Scottsdale where the tourist attractions are. I do recommend going on the city train....its a neat way to see the diff't neighbourhoods of Phoenix for a cheap price.

Room Tip: No Gym at the hotel or pool. Perfect for business travellers or those only in for a few days to take...

First time in Phoenix for 3 nights on a DIY vacation of the states travelling from Scotland. Very happy with the room - clean, well serviced and everything we needed. Microwave, fridge, safe and very good internet access. Basic laundry service was adequate. Breakfast very basic, but for the room rate we paid we had no complaints whatsoever. It was a 5 minute walk to the downtown area and there was no problem with noise either from traffic or from the rest of the complex. Check in and check out was simple. When we left our cab didn't show so Jessica at reception took us to the airport in her own car - that was very good of her. She was very helpful any time we asked for anything at reception. So a big thank you to Jessica !! Simple, clean, well run with friendly staff, central and within a good budget - this is definatley well reccomended.

Great service! We realized our room battery was dead before we left for dinner and they had it fixed by the time we got back. Pretty clean. The location is what really made it a nice stay! Very close to restaurants and some bars.

The hotel facilities are good and new. I stayed 2 nights in a 2 queen beds room. A bed is comfortable. There are all standard facilities in a room. Location is ok. 5 minutes walk from a light rail station but no convenient store or restaurant nearby. However, it's worth a money.

We stayed here for a whole week (!) as we were working at the convention center down the road. The people who run it are very helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and mine had a microwave and fridge. Breakfast is fine is you just want coffee, fruit and sugary cakes, but there are plenty of places nearby to get a proper breakfast if desired. Clean and comfortable beds, hot showers and reasonably priced. Plus free shuttle to and from the airport. No butler, - or tea. But you get what you pay for :-)

Room Tip: I would imagine they are all the same! Only some are up one flight of stairs.
