We stopped over here for a couple of nights while visiting friends and the room, service and ambience was great. It feels like a predominantly business hotel which is great as we were on vacation and had the pool to ourselves. The hotel is in a great location with some excellent shops and restaurants nearby. We could have stayed a lot longer!

Room Tip: By the pool, darling!

I stayed at this hotel with some teammates for a softball tourney in Phoenix. It was a great choice. The facility itself was well kept and in an ideal location. I was located in the town and Country Plaza and had everything you needed within walking distance. There was a Twin peaks Restaurant next door and a Chilis about 50 yds away. The plaza also had a variety of fast food choice including Five Guys. I enjoyed the Dunkin Donuts within 40 yds of the hotel. The hotel also had a Starbuck inside and sold beer. They also had a Trader Hoes, Whole foods and Fryes within a couple hundred yards of the hotel. I was impressed with the lounge area that had small booths with TV's in them. I did not use the pool but the Jacuzzi was nice and worked well. We had a room with a sliding class door out to the pool area. the only downside to that was a young girls 9-14 year old lacrosse tourney was going on and a team was staying there. They did get noisy but that's expected. They quit playing in the pool about 10 pm which was fine. They rooms were comfortable and clean with a microwave and fridge. I liked the Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner. I forgot my soap but the soap they used did not dry out my skin. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for the location alone. It is pricey but we got a good deal. Rooms usually run $95 to $120.

We are so happy to read how you and your team mates enjoyed the hotel, the Bistro and our great neighborhood! There are many options within walking distance with a variety of shopping and food choices. Not only are we close to the freeway, our central location in Phoenix gives guests the opportunity to travel easily to locations or baseball fields throughout the valley. Phoenix has many spring training fields that are used for your tournament and our Go Board in the lobby provides simple driving directions. Please plan to return for next year’s tournament. We will still be a great choice!

This is what you expect of a Courtyard Marriott, if you have stayed frequently at this brand of hotel: clean, efficient, friendly, and well located. This one is located in a shopping mall area, which initially I thought might be a problem. Turns out it was a plus -- Whole Foods is around the corner, there are a number of decent chain restaurants within walking distance, and if you get a little extra time to shop, Nordstrom Rack is next door. Despite it's central location, the room was surprising quiet. The to-order hot breakfast in the lobby/bistro was good.

Also within an easy drive is the Arizona Biltmore hotel, a must-see for architecture fans. It's a nice place to have an evening stroll and enjoy drinks and a nice dinner.

Room Tip: If you want a more quiet room, ask for one on a high floor overlooking the Courtyard (vs low floor f...

Your review touches on the core of our Brand and we are pleased you enjoyed your stay because of who we are as a hotel and as a team. We do care about every guest and that the hotel exceeds their expectations. Whether you are here for business or pleasure or a mixture of both, our Courtyard is centrally located, close to the airport and numerous shopping, entertainment and sports activities. Many guests also enjoy the great Bistro breakfast with the option of Starbucks beverages to be enjoyed in our comfy Bistro or outdoors at the pool and patio. The property is located within walking distance to an outlet shopping mall and restaurants. I received a warm reception at check-in with an option to change rooms due to some hallway construction that was going on at the time. But I stayed on the third floor and did not find the construction work to be at all inconvenient. As a business traveler, I can always rely on Courtyard to provide clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast and dinner options in the Bistro - this property was no exception. It was a good location, convenient to where I was working. I did not rent a car but a private car service was outside of the hotel and available each morning to take me to work and pick me up at the end of the day. The drivers were friendly and rates were competitive with the local taxi service. If traveling to the area on business, I would suggest giving this hotel a look.

Our team will be pleased to note that your stay was enhanced because of their friendly and warm reception. While construction projects are necessary to keep up with the new look and feel of Courtyards, we are pleased that did not detract from your stay. For those business travelers who may need convenient meals, we are proud to offer creative and delicious options at our Bistro. Our neighborhood does include other dining options from fast food to more upscale places all within walking distance. We are happy you were able to take advantage of the car service to and from your office. It is another option we are able to offer our business guests. We look forward to having you return and hope you will say hello.

The property is modern and clean. It is tucked back behind a couple of strip malls so it can be tough to find if you haven't been there before. The property has a nice open courtyard in the middle of the complex. Room was standard Courtyard.

The only real issue with the property is parking. Since it is located next to strip malls and office buildings parking can be a small issue. Some of the parking lots located right next to the property make it clear that you should not park there. As a result, you may need to do some walking between the hotel and your car.

Your review gives others the chance to learn more about our hotel and what they may expect. Of course we hope our guests do not struggle to find us in the shopping area as it is filled with new restaurants, Whole Foods and Nordstrom Rack to mention a few. They are all within walking distance and on most evenings in Phoenix the weather is inviting for a walk.
Many guests enjoy the quiet of the central patio courtyard and use it for small meetings or dining as well as for simply relaxing. It is a high point of the hotel especially since it may be used all year long. It is an inviting area and we can provide your meals from our Bistro with beverages from either Starbucks or the bar.
Please come visit again!

This hotel is located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The check-in process was quick. The mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable. I ate the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Overall, this hotel is great a choice when staying in Phoenix.
