For the last 4 years we have been having our June event at the Sheraton Crescent and it has always been a pleasure to work with the Angela of the Event Group and all of the staff that support the event. Without the cooperation and attention to our needs, we couldn't have the great event that everyone expects year in and year out. To Sales, Banquet, Front desk, Maintainance, and to our Bellman Jesus we thank you for your professionalism and making everyone feel welcome!
Keith B.

Room Tip: If you are a SPG member go with the Club level the rooms are a bit larger and the view is fantastic!

We traveled to Phoenix from Los Angeles to see some spring training games. As we found out, this is a very popular thing to do when we went. We arrived at the hotel, and the surrounding area was ok, seen better, but the hotel itself was very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was also centrally located among many spring training baseball fields, so we found it easy to get around. My kids especially enjoyed the waterslide, it was of decent size and the kids went down it at least a couple dozen times. The hotel rooms themselves were nice. The combination of our spring training visit and the hotel were a very memorable experience, we highly recommend staying here.

Room Tip: Staying on the room where the breakfast is given was key.

I recently held a company event at this hotel and reserved a few rooms to stay as well. From sales to banquet to front desk - that staff was great! Thankfully we are staying in this hotel again in July for a much larger event. Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Crescent Hotel, my wife and I were in Phoenix for a tournament, and the tournament ended about 1:30pm, because of gold membership from AmExp we were able to have a late checkout, unlike previous would have our luggage cook in the hot summer temperature. The staff was courteous and friendly; the club lounge was a traffic place for hangout and watch tv program of my own choice; with internets and breakfast secured floor package. It was the best value I have ever had.

We stayed at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel for three nights. We arrived very late and the staff were very welcoming, even finding us some milk to put in our coffee and bringing it to our room. The room was very comfortable. We asked for a fridge the only problem being that it was so cold that everything froze in it making our fruit inedible. Setting the fridge problem aside, the only thing that prevents me from giving this hotel full marks is the Club Lounge. There are two Club floors but only one small lounge to service all these people. Breakfast in the Club lounge is served until 9.00am at which point the staff quickly clear everything away. The lounge was full to capacity and we were couldn't find anywhere to sit. The lounge would benefit by being bigger, or failing that extending the breakfast time so that everyone can actually eat.
