The web site mentions you can leave your car in their lot while you travel. They also mention the free shuttle. What they neglect to mention is that they charge $5 for every day you leave your car in the lot. Very disappointing to learn this upon check in. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean and worked well for us.

Thank you for your review of the Hilton Phoenix Airport. We apologize for any misunderstandings. Although we do not provide complimentary parking when vehicles are left during a guest’s trip away from the property; our parking is always complimentary for all over-night guests staying on property. We do have the Park and Fly package available to book through our website that provides a one night stay either before or after your trip and discount parking for 7, 14, 30 plus days while travelling. We hope that you continue to keep us in mind for your next trip. Thank you.

We were picked up within minutes from calling the hotels, they were very quick. Only one person on the desk when a few people came through. He was trying his best to manage them all. Felt a bit sorry for him.
Rooms are typical Hilton, looked a bit aged. I had a late check out, but I was pestered by the cleaning maid to make up the room a number of times, even though I told her I was leaving at 1pm.
Breakfast and restaurant is good and very clean, Food in bar area was a bit limited.
Overall would probably stay there again

I stay in Hilton properties often, all their different brands. The quality of the rooms, beds, restrooms, service and ammenities are always excellent. This hotel could use a bit of an update. It has a "well used" feeling to it ... you know it has been around a while and many people have stayed in it (and in your room) before you.
Service was freindly and efficeint. Breakfast buffet was great. Workout room above average. In general it was clean and comfortable. I am glad I stayed on a Friday night when rates drop.
Also, it was extremely busy (a good sign) in the bar area on a Friday night. The staff did the best they could, but seemed a bit short of help.

Room Tip: Not a whole lot around the property, so bring what you need before you check in.

Riding motorcycles round trip from Los Angeles to New Mexico -- couldn't stay at a better hotel. Great, easy to find location, clean room, upscale atmosphere yet very affordable. Pool and spa were great after a long day of riding. Highly recommend the Fish and Chips at the restaurant, too.

This hotel is located near Sky Harbor airport among a cluster of hotels in a business park. There is nothing else within walking distance although the hotel does have its own restaurant. There are few nearby restaurants and services, but this hotel is adequate for basic travel needs and certainly would be fine for an overnight stay near the airport. Staff was fine, but the room cleanliness was only fair.

I am a PhD student at UOP. The hotel shuttled us to and from school. The food was amazing. The happy hour was fun. I felt really comfortable staying there and it was like a mini vacation as it had all amenities I needed. They have an on time shuttle that runs to the airport also to UOP. All staff are friendly and helpful. Vey close to the airport yet quiet

After staying at the run of the mill hotels I pushed for an up grade. It only cost maybe $12.00 more and was on a Sunday night. We registered in the Executive rooms on the top floor, which was the 4th floor. We got the morning paper and breakfest was served also on the 4th floor in the service room, for lack of description. They also had free internet and water and free cans of soft drinks in the same room. The room was spotless! The carpet was really clean The AC was not a loud window unit but was rather central.
Great pool and the area and Hotel was very quiet. Do yourself a favor and try it out...My party decided to give the other Hilton a try the next time we are down there.
