We had an overnight stay here due to an early flight home from vacation. What a perfect way to end our trip. The facilities are fantastic and the staff was even better. We enjoyed everything about our stay. If you rent a car from Hertz, you can return it here and take their shuttle to the airport - nice feature. Top notch facility!

We are always pleased with our Hilton Experiences, the service is outstanding and any concerns are eagerly addressed. Often there are no concerns, but if there is the slightest question, it is resolved or answered beyond expectations. This is one of the reasons we return.

This hotel was fairly nice until I tried the TV and found it constantly freezing and breaking up. The maintenance person tried to figure why and did everything except replace the TV. But by 11:30pm I said its enough and could see he wasn't getting anywhere and resigned myself to just going to sleep.

I have stayed at the Phoenix Airport Hotel 6 times in the last 7 years and I really want to love it.! I stayed for 2 nights this week and found both great things and not so great things. First the positives the Staff is great they go above and beyond to make the guests comfortable and make sure they have what they need. The rooms are a little tired and the systems are tired. The AC was very noisy and did not cool the room to the proper temperature. The restaurant staff were all awesome but the breakfast buffet food left much to be desired. The meats and eggs were lukewarm at best( to be fair as a gold member my breakfast was included and did not cost me any extra) As for the other food I ordered room service 2 nights and the food was acceptable. With a little work I think this Hotel could be awesome!

Overall, the amenities offered are good. However, the rooms don't provide a microwave or mini refrigerator. Additionally, the room was initially very hot and I had to call the front desk to have them send maintenance to "fix" the air conditioner. The breakfast buffet was great.
