This was our first time staying at the Desert Arroyo and found it to be perfect to our needs, despite our hesitation because of previous reviews. The kitchen and restroom were fully stocked and clean. Our only issue we had were the stray hairs on the comforter... But even then that is minor. The apartment looks to have been recently remodeled, but the owners never replaced the carpet. So while it was clean the carpet in our room looked dirty. Overall, this was a very pleasant place to stay and we will be staying here again.
