“Excellent Tour”

Got through a groupon. Great buy and value for the money. The guide was excellent and was very very knowledgeable. Loved the whole day tour and spent a lot of time taking great pics and starring at the beauty of the landscape.

The vans were very spacious and comfortable.Again the driver made the tour very very interactive and a learning experience. Good work guys,

“Trip to South Rim Grand Canyon”
Reviewed August 12, 2013

It was a beautiful day and the trip was well worth it, though a little costly. The driver cum guide was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The lunch offered was sumptuous and vegetarian food ws available. Grand Canyon is a place worth visiting from the South Rim and the walk around the Rim was great. We missed on the Hopa tribe dance but one cannot get everything one in a days time.

“On and on and on”
Reviewed June 14, 2013 via mobile

Our tour from Sedona to the Grand Canyon with JR started off well, with interesting comments on the geology of the area as we headed north to pick up folks in Flagstaff. As additional people boarded, JR had to repeat a lot of what he had already said, contributing to the absence of some quiet along the way. JR did a great job of coordinating the different itineraries (helicopter & IMAX) but there was uninterrupted narrative the entire day. After the informative stuff, the endless talking over the PA system continued with many varied stories of JR's fascinating life "in the movies", his coutship and marriage, his stint as an adviser for the U.S. military in Iraq, etc., including too much personal detail. Probably most disturbing, however, were comments to and about the two German guests on the trip. Way too much flirtatious repartee with them and unnecessary and disrespectful comments about them, in their absence, to the others on the trip, in our opinion. We thought the stops we made at tourist gift shops, one on the way and one on the way back, were too long and subtracted from quality time at the Canyon. We elected to have lunch at El Tovar which was too good but took 90 minutes! We think to maximize time, we shouldn't have made the lengthy lunch stop. It is a long day (roughly 12 hours) but the Canyon is beyond spectacular and well worth the investment in time and money!!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughts. JR is one of our best guides, and it's strange to hear about him being insensitive. We do have a value-back guarantee, and if you want to come back and try another tour, with a different guide, it's on us.

I brought 8 Nursing students with me to AZ to work on the Navajo Reservation. JR was our Tour Guide for the Grand Canyon & Sedona, AZ. Fantastic!!!! Offered an unique view of the Grand Canyon, San Francisco Peaks with discussion on formations along the roadside, history of the Region, Navajo practices, etc. OUTSTANDING TOUR GUIDE

We had J.R. as a tour guide on 12/2/12 and he was excellent. We would never have had the same experience going on our own. We would recommend this company to anyone!
