Description: Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tradition where each pizza is a unique piece of art. We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, all natural ingredients, and the Blast-Cooking process for 60–90 seconds at 905°C on our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza. Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough with a minimum of 24 hours in the rising process. We are proud to be the First - "AVPN" Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana certified Restaurant in Arizona. We take Neapolitan pizza seriously and you will be able to tell with every taste.

“Fabulous fresh food.”

We've had pizza traveling throughout Italy and this pizza is just as good.. If not better. We visited with our family who foodies in search of Pizza Bianco because they heard that it was "Famous". We promised them that Pomo was better and should have the same notariety as Pizza Bianco. There is always a table ready within 5 mins and the servers are all so friendly. We offer the Pomo pizza to our first timers and we usually will get a different pizza and salad when we go. Everything on the menu is yummy... Including the desserts. Enjoy!

“True Italian Pizza”
Reviewed June 29, 2014

Went to Pomo Pizzeria in May for the first time and since then have returned. The second time was just as good as the first. Love the thin crust style pizza and had great toppings all fresh and cook in a brick oven at high temperature. Will continue to go to Pomo when in the area.

Fantastic pizza, service and limonciello creamy.
After reading many reviews about this restaurant
we went over to check it out.
I had pizza Bufala and my husband Conatadina (veggies pizza)
after first bite we realized that we are not dealing with a normal pizza but
the best pizza ever had in our entire lives.
After the pizza we
still trying to resume ways to normality
of our taste buds when the chef (probably the owner)
comes with a plate of angel hair with powdered sugar and
a lemon liqueur cream homemade
at this point we lose the senses completely.
Probably the best thing we tried.
I advised the owner to sell it.
This is a place that at least once in life you have
go to realize that there are people who have
capacity out of the ordinary.

“Delicious pizza...and complimentary limoncello”
Reviewed June 17, 2014

My wife, daughter and I recently ate at this downtown restaurant. We were there on a Friday night -- arrived about 6:30, and were seated before 7. We ordered a couple of pizzas -- Toto Sapore and Bufala Verace -- as well as drinks. My daughter has been to Italy several times, and said that this pizza rivaled what she has he there. My wife and I thought the pizza was very good. Our tab before tip came to $54.

After dinner, we were surprised with a complimentary limoncello -- very smooth, and a very nice touch.
