Description: Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tradition where each pizza is a unique piece of art. We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, all natural ingredients, and the Blast-Cooking process for 60–90 seconds at 905°C on our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza. Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough with a minimum of 24 hours in the rising process. We are proud to be the First - "AVPN" Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana certified Restaurant in Arizona. We take Neapolitan pizza seriously and you will be able to tell with every taste.

“Great Authentic Italian Pizza”
Reviewed April 18, 2014

We stopped here after a long day of visiting the Grand Canyon and Sedona and after reading the reviews here on tripadvisor thought we would give it a try. My family lived in Naples Italy for a few years and experienced great pizza first hand and the pizza at Pomos Pizzeria Napoletana was pretty close to what we experienced in Italy. Each pie is cut into 6 pieces and can be shared between two people or one hungry person.

“I don't even like pizza & this was great!”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

I'm not a huge pizza fan, but the pizza at Pomo was very worthwhile. We did have to wait almost an hour on a Saturday evening, but again, it was well worth the wait. The service was excellent & the pizzas made to order with ingredients you don't find everywhere. Both the kids & adults were extremely happy campers. We ended up eating here 2 out of 3 nights. Highly recommended.

“Another Brilliant Pizzeria in Phoenix.”
Reviewed April 4, 2014

As a very one eyed total supporter of Cibo Pizza in Phoenix it was with some reticence that we chose to experience something new.
I do not have enough adjectives to describe the experience, Genuine Napoletana Pizza, wood fired, sized just right, so flavorsome, tasty, delicious, service exceptional, clean, an atmosphere that moved us back to Naples.
The décor with scooters on the sidewalk and the rustic type layout inside compounded the excellent vibes that emanated from the moment we entered.
Complementary Lemoncello after the bill was settled was a very welcome addition.
We will be back and will be introducing our friends. Job well done please keep up the good work.

“Not Impressed”
Reviewed March 31, 2014

Not poor, but not the best pizza in Phoenix. I think there are better choices in the downtown area to choose from. Service was ok, the pizza was ok.
